Fantastic service, great quality plants that arrived in perfect condition

Was initially promised by sales team a delivery for December week before Christmas but was delayed till mid-Jan by about 4 weeks. Was also quite difficult to get hold of the ‘delivery team’ as they explicitly say no calling and emailing did not get any response to my queries for updated delivery estimate until a notification a few days before they are due to arrive. The plants are just okay. Some of them are terribly root bound and we had to spend great effort and a lot of time to cut the pot as they had no chance to be lifted out of the pot that had already been deformed due to how tightly root-bound the plant was. I’m now praying for the plants to survive and thrive now that they have room to stretch themselves.

The delivery driver was absolutely fantastic. A real star. They delivered the trees in a very helpful way, super friendly and professional and gave me a huge amount of advice on how best to plant them. Superb!

I highly recommend Paramount Plants. The plants are excellent quality and clearly very well cared for. Kevin was absolutely brilliant throughout the process and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. What really stood out was the level of support — I feel confident that if I have any questions in the future, help will be there. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

The plants received were good quality, but the time it took to get them was longer than expected which was about a month. Other than the delayed delivery they were a good company to deal with.

Helpful advice on order and plant maintenance. Paramount kept in touch following the order to keep me informed of delivery. Very good.
There is always a worry that the trees you view are not like that when they arrive. Our order was exactly as shown on the web site, and all 8 trees were in good condition and protected well for transport. Excellent.

The purchase was a Birthday present for a friend and I ordered it roughly a month before their birthday and it only just arrived in time. However, the packaging was excellent and the plant was larger (which is good) than advertised and to his delight there were actually two plants in the same pot which from his point of view was also excellent. At this time of year the plants just look like sticks, but very healthy, sturdy sticks

I have ordered 2 of the Topiary potted plants to frame my front door- both came in an immaculate condition and lovely matched as requested- thank you so much! It means a lot!!!

Stocking and plant care team excellent.
Delivery team terrible. They do not listen to requests or agreements on delivery dates. Happened multiple times. Would not use again.

Summary. I would have bought from Paramount again if it were not for the delivery department.

Had to push each step of the way, plants arrived weeks late because nobody followed up.
It seems that after my order was placed people never coordinated internally. So I had to call, first to get a date, then to follow up on why there were no updates, and finally to schedule the actual delivery. What was the staff doing?!

On delivery day the tracking was way off, making me stay at home and keep refreshing the site all day because it wasn't updating correctly (kept saying a few mins away).
Then the driver gave me the wrong plants.
When we went to get the right ones I saw that many of the taller ones in the back of the track had been bashed quite a bit on the journey.
Only giving 2 stars because at least eventually they arrived, albeit weeks late, missing my wife's birthday by a month.

Plants extremely big and healthy. Bit of a wait before delivery but no problems other than very large delivery truck up narrow drive!

Trees were in great shape, really prompt delivery, great price, would definitely recommend
