Parcelpoint locker - no delivery no communication

Only one attempt was made to deliver my parcel to the parcel point locker associated with a local news agency. The tracking states ‘no one was home’!!!! The parcel was ‘out for delivery for over a week before this. No communication or further updates - feels like a scam!

Very slow

Very slow. Customer service is nonexistent. No one to call and they have no online chat system. Don't use this company if you need something by a certain date.

Lost package

I work away on a 2/2 week rotation

My parcel was delivered on the 8th. There was no notification sent, apparently I should have been tracking the app more closely.

The parcelpoint location decided not to be a collection point anymore and my package was sent back. That's about 2 weeks ago (less than 5 days after it had arrived).
No updates on the app and no phone number to get in contact.

This is just frustrating ...

Parcelpoint Website Not Working

Is anyone else unable to register a pickup? I am not sure what is happening at Parcelpoint right now. Online they have removed the ability to register a pickup and instead only allow returns. Their click and collect is far superior to their returns abilities so unsure why they are focusing on that. I keep getting told they are shutting down as a company but this was a year ago and it was still working fine until recently. Also, there has not been any announcement in the media.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I dropped my parcel off to return to SheIn and never got an email receipt. Store where I dropped it off say they have no responsibility and have left me hanging. It was more than $500 worth of lost goods. Terrible

Fix Parcelpoint

Parcel point at the moment is a let down. Something gone wrong preventing parcels from being entered into the system. This means the parcel point location can refuse to take and hold your parcel.

Nothing is working

Nothing is working, system and humans. Called customer service (twice) they said the problem has been rectified but it’s not. I would say that they lies so they can get me off the phone. As well as the staff at National Storage Nerang on Lawrence Dr, Two staff, one was helpful and the other clearly displayed she doesn’t want to help, I had to come back after spoken to the customer service and this female staff sneered at me after I asked for help, didn’t respond and didn’t even try to help until the male staff came out from the back. Sadly he couldn’t help due the system’s fault.

Absolutely no accountability for terrible service

Took over a week for a return parcel to be picked up after booking a specific date which they blamed the courier for. Was told during 2 seperate phone calls that their fee would be refunded within 24hrs.
Then was told 3 weeks later that I had to wait for it to be received by the company I was returning to before they would refund. Then asked for refund once the parcel was received via email, got no responses just notifications that they had closed the inquiry. Now a month later
after having to call they're saying it's the other companies issue and I have to speak with them. So frustrating and absolutely no accountability.

The worst delivery service

The worst delivery service! I paid for delivery (from Brisbane to Sydney). It’s been almost two month the parcel still have not been delivered.
The support service useless, did not provide any excuse for the delay just said that it’s still on its way.

It seems we are not the only unhappy customers

It seems we are not the only one's that have had a parcel go missing. We were instructed to use interparcel to arrange delivery of an item for return and we're given parcel point as an option.

The item was dropped at the designated pick-up point on Friday 20 January 2023. It was not even collected until Monday 23 January 2023. There has been no tracking since.

We have just lodged an enquiry with interparcel and have been told it will take approximately 24-48 hours to receive a response. This item worth $350 in refund.

This return has been floating around since 12 DECEMBER 2022. It is now 31 January 2023.

MYER says it is Parcelpoint responsibility and tells me to contact them whenever I ask on line or in store.

I am due a refund for this package.

What happens now? Does anyone take responsibility for lost products when sent with Parcelpoint?

Terrible experience - would not recommend

Parcel point was supposed to deliver my package last week. The last notification I received was on Monday the 23rd saying that it couldn't be delivered to the parcel point (they attempted delivery when the location was closed) and that they'd try again on Tuesday. They haven't attempted again and I haven't received a notification yet (it's the 31st of January). I contacted support on Wednesday (the 25th) and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday (the 24th)....

Parcels X3 were left at the parcel…

Parcels X3 were left at the parcel point on the 19th December & on tracking my parcels for return I read they only left Nextra Mahoney's Newsagency Wodonga on the 11th January
Today had another look on the tracking numbers to find they cannot find any of the tracking parcels returning back to Shein the Company who are waiting for the returns at their Warehouse so they can proceed with a refund.
