0 Customer Service or Care

I recieved no delivery updates for 2 weeks and called to see what was happening after emailing and getting no response. I ended up calling seven different times because I kept receiving no updates on the case despite being told I would. When I pushed for more information they tried to tell me it had been passed on to a different shipping company (this was the 5th time I had called by that point), and they confirmed they had never received it.

By the time they finally acknowledged it was lost it had been well over a month, and they didn't do anything about it. Basically just told me it wasn't on them.

Parcel left in very safe place

I got a notification to say the parcel was delivered but couldn’t find it anywhere so I reached out to customer service. They came back with a photo of where the parcel was left and then I was able to retrieve it. I never would have looked there, but props to the delivery guy for going above and beyond to put it in a safe place haha

I would like to thank Scott for his support when my product was being held for further checking by customs. He kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and explained what the hold up in delivery related to. All was good in the end and my product arrived safely yesterday,

Exceptional customer service experience…

My parcel from the States had incorrect address

My parcel from the States had incorrect address so driver could not deliver it, i sent email of to company and Scott from there service dept got it sorted quick smart i have now received my parcel just great service very happy.

I had a great experience with Scott

I had a great experience with Scott, who went above and beyond to help me track down my parcel. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to assist me when I needed help. Thanks to his support, I was able to get my parcel without any hassle. Really appreciate the excellent service — thank you, Scott!

Driver lied an said attempted delivery…

Driver lied an said attempted delivery at 9.31pm at night. Said noone home an nowhere safe to leave. Both lies.My camera security cameras video footage proved none was at my place, and I was home aswell. , Driver dropped at business 25mins drive away. Tracking says depot he picked up from is 5mins away from me. So I'm guessing he grabbed all parcel an drove straight to the drop shop an said noone home to everyone. So after paying delivery fee initially , I then had to waste my time n fuel in weekend to go collect.. so the company doesn't care, just closed case as it had been picked up. Unfortunately when sellers offer free delivery it's this cheap, 2 nd rate, dodgy company they use.
Company didn't respond to my feedback, just closed case as I had picked it up.

I posted a package from the UK to…

I posted a package from the UK to Australia. I received a message to say it was undeliverable then realised I hadn’t put the house number on the package.
I contact DAI and explained what had happened and they were fantastic, tracked the parcel, rewrote the address and was delivered a few days later.
I cannot thank them enough for all their help and will definitely be using again in the future.
I would like to thank Erika and the team for sorting this out so professionally and friendly.

Would like to thank Erika and her team…

Would like to thank Erika and her team for pursuing my undelivered parcel. It has now been delivered safely. Communication to myself was constant throughout, and I was updated regularly. This was a special gift to my son as he is currently staying in Australia and we live in the UK.

Great service

Had an important package that I was extemely worried about being lost during transit, however Customer Service rep Scott made sure i received all the important updates and made sure it reached my doorstep. Felt reassuring

Recommended over every other company!

Other companies always leave our parcels visible to anyone walking by! This company hid our parcel in a safe place!
And customer service was fast when I enquired about a delivery date for an overseas parcel. Great work!
