Quick to respond

Scott was helpful in investigating the location of my parcel when I received a delivered notification in error, and was quick to check in and confirm that this was received correctly later in the week.

Thought my package was undelivered, but…

Thought my package was undelivered and hit up the link to say so. But...it was just that a family member had brought it in and left it in an odd place. Anyway, parcelright got back to me within hours and we sorted it out with zero stress. Nice work.

All about Erika

Yep, Erika is awesome. Parcel from UK failed to deliver due to incorrect address. Erika in Customer Care responded quickly to my enquiry, found the parcel and set everything right. What impressed me the most was the regular updates I received on what was happening.

The service girls are GREAT

The service girls are GREAT at DAI, one of the delivery guys that delivers to Woy Woy FROM Parcelright is now nicknamed Pinocchio! Enough said! Erika was allover it like --- forget that, Erika was great, handled the problem and made sure I got my delivery. Thankyou Miss Dapar. ;)

Customer Service

I had a luck of receiving help from Customer Service Agent Erika, she has been extremely attentive and stayed on top of my case until it was resolved. I appreciate so much her dedication and support. I know got my package and I really grateful!

Thank you once again to Scott Jala. You were super quick with dealing with my parcel issue, and the very next day I received it. Great service. Honest people via phone call. Very assuring as he kept me posted via email of any updates regarding my parcel. He even went as far as sending me a physical photo of my parcel and the time stamps. Amazing and felt well looked after. We need more HONEST people like Scott Jala. God bless you and your great work☺️🫶

Incorrect address

I had the incorrect address recorded within my Etsy account and when I realised and emailed my concern, I received a prompt reply from Lizette Tecson who kept me updated the whole time. Her communication was clear and very helpful. I appreciate her assistance in helping me resolve the matter and redirect my parcel to my current address. Thanks Leanne

I called up as i couldnt recieve my parcel

I called up as i couldnt recieve my parcel cause my area has a gate. Lady on the line Lizette Tecson helped me very kindly and effectively, very co operative and i received my parcel within the next couple days. Very happy with the service and co-operative with communication between delivery.

Thank you so much Erika Dapar from Dai Post , she handling my lost parcel case in a tremendous way , put in lots of attention to all sort of info that she can find , tracking and finding , she notice to me immediately even only a tiny bit of clue on the week-end too , I really feel that owed her alot , after 2-3 week of her's hard working , she solved the problem and found my lost parcel and re-arrange the fastest delivery that can offer , I received my lost parcel in a perfect shape without even a tiny scratch , I'm so delighted with the result Thank you so much Erika , wisk you all the best

I had no problems with a delivery to NZ

I had no problems with a delivery from Australia to Auckland. An initial slight delay with the local driver over here not wanting to deliver to a PO Box was promptly communicated and quickly resolved and it was delivered to an alternative, physical address, the next day and in great condition, so I can't complain at all. Very good comms and tracking updates I thought, from Erika in the head office who even checked in after delivery - and it was only a book I ordered nothing valuable, I thought good customer service.
