Very disappointed – no support and timer still running
I had a very bad experience with Parclick and Zenpark. I exited the parking with the help of a neighbor who opened the gate for me because the app didn’t work. However, the timer is still running and I’ve sent multiple emails without any reply. I also called customer service, but they only speak French and didn’t understand English.
I feel completely ignored and stressed, not knowing if I’ll be charged more. This is unacceptable for a service that should offer support and clarity. I do NOT recommend this to anyone, especially non-French speakers.

Even if the id of the rental car was added on the profile, it was not recognized at the barrier. I didn’t wanted to update the booking for not losing it by mistake. Your system should use the alternative id car in the profile ,i think.

The booking was easy. Once you reach the barrier, you take a parking ticket and find a parking spot. Then, you go to the service desk and ask for an exit ticket. You’ll need to make a payment, and then you can be on your way.

It was not clearly signposted outside and inside the garage. Numbers would be helpful. We had Problems to find it. the entry code was not to find and clearly advised were to use it, but the Price was very good for 4 Nights. Anyway We would use it again!

Impossible to find entrance to garage and when tried to cancel the reservation, it was impossible. I parked next door and never used Parclick.

Booked in advance and paid €9 but on entry to the car park there was no way to use the voucher so got a ticket assuming I could enter the voucher at time of payment but this wasn't the case and ended up paying another €9. Frustrating.

The garage by itself was on a great location and easy to find, but it was absolutely not clear it was shared with the residents above the garage and so it happened that we ended up parking on someone else’s spot. There were no special instructions given through the app and it was not clear through signs in the garage itself either. We only found out because someone who lives there pointed this out to us when we left. Also, when you don’t leave before the reserved parking time, you lose access to the garage. You can only obtain access by making a new reservation, but why not allowing to extend the existing reservation? It was really unclear and even the FAQ didn’t make this very clear, which really put us in the spot after arriving a mere 5 minutes late

I had to pay two times. Because my booking was not activated. The Staff did nothing to help me. I got a new ticket there. As I was leaving I had to pay 27 euro parking fee again. I am the victim of your reservation system at the moment. I ask a refund either from you or from the park. Maybe you can help me there. I can send you necessary details and documents if you want. I think you can check online.
