Good service

I had reserved a spot in one of the garages. Unfortunately, the garage turned out to be inaccessible due to a roadblock. I reported this and my question was answered immediately. The amount will be refunded to my account.
Very pleasant contact with the customer service.

Great customer service

I had a problem with a parking staff in Paris(Valmy-Liberté). So I had to pay twice on top of my Parclick booking. But the customer support is so good, that I got my money back in a few days time.
For sure you can consider Parclick a reliable service, even if there are problems, they help.

Refund provided swiftly

Incident at a car park but still happy with the service

Had an incident at a car park (smashed windows) and the owner (Indigo) wouldn't accommodate anything. Parclick on the other hand did gave me a refund as a small gesture.

Very customer friendly service!

I payed for a 5 day reservation in parking garage Geigle in Barcelona. Unfortunately my car broke down before we arrived, so we weren't able to make use of the garage. The people at Parclick were very friendly and cooperative from the beginning. As soon as I could provide the neccesary proof Parclick gave me a refund.
You don't see this kind of service very often nowadays. My compliments!

Avoid problems and don’t waste your money

I will put non stars but there is not option, worst parking avoid problems I lost £40 pound for a parking that I didn’t use when I make the reservation they never replied and then after 3 months they said I’m sorry but now it’s too long to complain. They take advantage of tourists because they know we have to comeback home and can not go in person any time, don’t waste your money

Contact car parks direct and do not use Parclick.com

We were travelling to Rome and staying in the Prati district and was recommended the car park from the place we were staying, in order to book in advance from the car parks website it linked us to Parclick. I really wished we looked at the reviews before we used this company as I can confirm they are inflating the prices for the car parking and we paid €15 more than by simplying paying on site upon arrival. Lesson learnt and will be very careful with these broker sites that sit behind others websites. Customer services didn't want to know or offer a refund.
My advice is contact car parks direct and avoid these kind of comapnies.

Subsequently, during the purchase process, you will see a detailed summary with the final price added up, where you will see that sometimes a service fee is added. Also, the advantage of booking through our platform is that your parking space will be guaranteed and you will benefit from a special price and that you will have multiple entries and exit (unlimited pass). DONT USE- COMPLETE SCAM

DONT USE- COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a parking space in Paris during the Olympics and they didn’t mention that roads would be closed especially ones to drive through to get there. I emailed them saying I couldn’t access it so bought another parking elsewhere which they asked for the receipt for and I gladly sent it to them. After this, they asked for the proof I didn’t park there and when I replied how? They said go to the parking location talk to the host and get them to confirm I didn’t get to park there. How can I confirm that with the host if I can’t reach it? If I could reach them I’d have parked there! Anyway since I sent the receipt they asked for of the new parking ticket they literally ghosted me. I appealed with monzo but they rejected it. No attempt to resolve it at all and ignored MULTIPLE emails and trust me, I didn’t spam I just asked for help and sent my evidence and asked for some response. They decided to ignore me and keep my money. Contacting consumer protection authorities and other appropriate authorities and will see Parclick will try to say to why they ignored me. Avoid at ALLLLL costs.

EDIT: The response from them is hilarious. I contacted them again and again asking for help and I got ignored. Before being ignored they asked me for proof of the new parking I had to buy and I provided the receipt to them but after that got ghosted so their response saying that I’m doing this two months later is because they fought with monzo to dispute my chargeback and it just got back to me that it was rejected because you didn’t get the evidence asked for but I SENT IT and emails asking why you aren’t replying. THATS WHY I am going to share my experience everywhere especially my travel group with 1.5m travellers. Let me know should you want to refund me? Otherwise I’ll keep sharing this scam experience and make sure no one else gets scammed x

Fantastic Service

Fantastic service in resolving a problem with duplicate booking. We paid twice for parking and I only made contact with the company this mornin.
Stephania handled my case and this was all sorted by today.
If this problem had occurred in the UK we would be still waiting till next week for a reply.

I can’t thank them enough.

Poor experience, buggy app, unavailable customer service

The Parclick customer experience has, however, been extremely poor. The chatbot on the website serves no purpose and the lack of customer service availability when I needed support is particularly poor. At the very least I expected the app to work (so that I could do the basic thing of enter and exit the car park with ease) and that a customer service agent would be available for me if I needed support. Neither of these things happened. It is has been an exceptionally disappointing experience.

I used Parclick to reserve four different parking garages in Rome

I used Parclick to reserve four different parking garages during our three-day exploration of Rome. Parclick's response to the first booking included a warning of the garage's location in Rome's ZTL zone, which we couldn't drive into, saved our vacay day there! From then on, I studied the info Parclick sent me to avoid the same problem. I cancelled the first booking and received a fast response from Parclick for a refund. Paying through PayPal was quick and easy and I didn't have to provide any credit card information to this "unknown" business. I will look for Parclick again no matter where I'm traveling--the few dollars for Parclick's service is well worth it!

Generous gesture

I bookedand paid a parking in Paris. Due to some trouble i also had to pay in the parking itself. Within a few days i received a refund of the double payment!

Attention to all potential buyers!

I want to share my experience with **Parclick**, an intermediary company that unfortunately does not require any commitment towards the customer from the final service provider. When we picked up our car, we found it scratched. We tried to contact the company associated with Parclick, but they didn't even answer the phone. Additionally, Parclick has not responded to our questions and claims.

My advice:
Consider other options before choosing Parclick. I hope my experience helps you make an informed decision.

Extra cost at the car park

I was charged for an additional day from the car park even though my contract duration with parkclick was still valid. I was forced to pay extra 40 Euros at the place and parkclick is refusing to refund the cost

A lack of support

Their policy says I can cancel the booking for a full refund 24 hours before I’m scheduled to park. I cancelled 1 month ahead but I don’t see a refund. Their so-called support is just a bot via Zendesk.

After emailing the email address provided, I got a refund finally. I updated the review accordingly. Overall not worth the hassle.
