Excellent Customer Service
In anticipation of large family trip to Barcelona I have booked extensively through Parclick and downloaded their app. Out of a group of many bookings there was only one glitch with a particular parking lot. Though my account was charged twice, Parclick was immediately responsive to refund the charges. Most impressive was their customer service!!!

Nice and reliable service
Nice and reliable service. I've used this service a few times and everything was smooth. Once I needed to make a cashback for canceled parking (I couldn't get to the parking lot because a police blocked city center). They returned the money without any troubles. Thanks!

easy way to book parking ahead
website is easy to use and made booking very quickly. there was an issue with my booking as there was no QR code sent with my reservation- so my tip is to check before you travel that you have a QR code to get in a carpark, also, the support is only available during the week, thankfully, i was able to get what i needed and the staff were helpful

They have hidden costs. There is nothing clear about their fees. The issue is that you need the parking and they know this. You find the extra charge when you get the invoice. Never again.

Subsequently, during the purchase process, you will see a detailed summary with the final price added up, where you will see that sometimes a service fee is added.
In addition to this, if you decide to pay with a PayPal account, a PayPal commission will automatically be added in the purchase detail. This commission is variable according to the total amount of the purchase.
All this information is detailed in our terms and conditions, accepted before confirming the payment of the reservation and at all times available on our website. In the same way, once the purchase has been completed, you will find a PDF document attached as a purchase receipt in the email we will send you confirming your booking, where you will be able to consult the details of the rate paid.

Stay away from Parclick!!! It is a scam. Today in Venice there was no parking and they don't whant to return my money.
I made a photo of location where google map takes you. This address was send by parclik. On reply they've said that they don't worry about bad reviews so I don't understand why are now replying. Return my money!!!

A very bad site organisation
The price changed from 18 eur to 21 upon payment. They didn't ask me for a password, but then requested to login. I sent the password reminder. THEN I check the booking and it is for tomorrow, even though I didn't get to choose the date. And for today they do not have place! THEN when I cancelled, I got 18 euros instead of 21.

Easy Positive Experience
Great experience, easy to use, and exceptional customer service. One area that you should familiarize yourself on is the check-out process if you purchase an in/out privilege for your specific parking garage.
