We have already explained you why it took so long on email but you did not answer our email. Your order came back because nobody was at home so your parccel could not be delivered. The Belgium post returned it to us so we are not to blame. We shipped your order again. As you can see it takes only one day. We never let customers waiting. The one star review is not fair because we cannot help this situation.
