Parfumaria received a review from Ahmed Almazrouei in which he describes his buy from MiN New York at Parfumaria. He says/suggests that this product differs from the "real package" ??? I can assure that we have delivered Parfumaria the brand MiN, as we were distributor for this brand for the Benelux market and that Ahmed's buy is about a genuine real MiN New York product. His review about this can't be taken serious as he is complaining about the price. Parfumaria explained very well the cost.

My experience with your shopping site is good and fast in shipping the goods but the shipping price is exaggerated for the UAE compared to others and also show me that it is possible that the perfume is not genuine where you bought the perfume min new York and is different from the real packaging and head cover for the fragrance of the boutique of the brand May question credibility

Thanks for your positive response and that you confirm that your shopping experience is good due to our fast shipping for Dangerous Goods..
We consider this key to our business. Indeed the shipping cost are high but this is totally out of our influence as Perfumes our
considered Dangerous Goods (Flammable) and therefore under IATA-regulations can only be transported under special treatment and conditions during the shipping. The costs are very high but forced by international law. Please inform at FedEx about this and of course at your custom department. We do not make money on shipping costs. We pay a large part ourselves and all is explained on our website at shipping zones. You can use zone 6 (see our website) for cheap and standard shipping but this is a huge risk of the parcel being destroyed.
We can assure you that all out perfumes are original and that can be confirmed and proved by our suppliers and agents with whom we are in direct contact. Brands change packaging very often but that does not mean that perfumes are not genuine. How can you assume such a thing without knowing real facts? Our company has a good name and we will never ever sell brands from the grey market. Never!

Good and fairly priced selection of premium brands, however, some perfumes marked “discounted” on ParfuMaria still do cost more than a full price on a retailer’s site. Check out the Oliver & Co selection of perfumes. This seems somewhat misleading and unfair, yet, based on my previous experience as a customer, I’m rating your service with five stars.

A brand has huge marging because they have no transport costs or a distributor in between. They have all from the bottom. In The Nertherlands we have a distributor so we have fixed prices for every product and yes. They can be a bit higher. Our margin is much lower and we have no influence on this. Our purchased prices are also different. They have huge margin so they can compete easy. About fair. That is not fair if we talk about fair.
This happens with more brand. They can make nice discounts while retailers who have very low margin and fixed prices cannot. I hope you can understand this situation. It is not that we make our own prices.
