Oroginal products for nice price. I would prefer better packing especially for parfums. It can be easy damaged I think. I recieved different free samples than choosed :-)

Horrible packing
Horrible packing. 6 sprays in a large box without any papers or other kind of packing foils. Two out of 6 are broken.

The worse experience in my life
The worse experience in my life. Product was totally broken. The blush was everywhere in the parcel box. Horrible experience. Never more. Don’t recommend to buy anything here.

Terrible experience with parfumdreams
Terrible experience with parfumdreams. It took over 2 months of constant chasing and threats before I finally got my refund. The package was never delivered, and their customer service was slow, unhelpful, and kept making empty promises.
Avoid this shop – not worth the hassle.

I didn't get notification,that my package couldn't be delivered and it is stored somewhere, not even know where. Phone line should be available from 8 to 20, when I called at 18, nobody there to answer. For email answer without mentioning,where is package. I had to reach to DHL and get all the info.

Hello, I am extremely satisfied with the perfume I received. But your interest in rating me came a day before the order was delivered! I have reservations about the carrier, because I did not even receive an email notification on the day the goods were delivered. The driver only called when he was in front of the house. Since I was not at home at the time, I could not accept the package. So the driver left it at the nearest parcel shop. SO I AM SATISFIED WITH YOUR STORE, BUT NOT WITH THE GLS SERVICE!!!
