Oroginal products for nice price. I would prefer better packing especially for parfums. It can be easy damaged I think. I recieved different free samples than choosed :-)

I have not been refunded for two…
I have not been refunded for two undelivered parcels for two weeks. In the meantime, I decided to give them one more chance, but the third parcel has not arrived yet. I placed the order more than a week ago. The website shows incorrect delivery times, making them unreliable. I paid for premium membership expecting faster service, but nothing has improved. Now I am still waiting for the third parcel.

Delivery and ordering fine, in any case, I once took fragrances cash on delivery and what awaited me afterwards was hell, a badly issued invoice from their side did not match the cash on delivery with the carrier, so I was threatened by a lawyer despite the documents I provided and the subsequent lack of communication.
