Second time I have rented from Paris…
Second time I have rented from Paris Attitude. The website is not kept up to date. Many of my choices were already booked. Frustrating. Eventually I found a flat in Rue St. Paul. It was very small, though in a nice neighborhood. Think student flat. I stayed a month, The bathroom was very small. Needs attention. There was no proper facility for preparing food. The bedroom was OK, but no spare sheets etc. The washing machine didn't dry so I had to go to the launderette. It was warm though, if you turned the radiator up to maximum. And the lift worked. The key had not been left, so I had to spend the first night in a hotel. The owner, whose fault it was, refused to reimburse me, Paris Attitude were no help what so ever. There was a 700 euros damage deposit, which was returned grudgingly after nearly a month, I don't think there was 700 euros worth of furniture in the apartment ! Not a very successful rental. Airbnb next time !

Paris Attitude has excellent apartments
Paris Attitude has an excellent portfolio of apartments for rent for one to three months. Best of all the website shows the apartments on a map of Paris so you can search by location. They have helped me find suitable apartments each summer for the past five years.
My counselor, Elhadji Thiam has been especially helpful connecting me with the owners of the apartments and once when I locked myself out of the apartment, he quickly found a locksmith who got us back in!

I highly recommend Paris Attitude if you’re looking for a nice place to live in Paris.
I highly recommend Paris Attitude if you are thinking of moving to Paris and need an apartment. Their website is easy to use and you can narrow your selection down. But the best part is the service. All you need to do is tell them your selection and they’ll check to see if it’s available. They’ll send you the lease to sign and tell you what you need to pay. All you have to do is Be able to read. It’s totally stress-free. And they speak English very well. I love them.

Great Service
The experience was fast and very professional. Leslie Asmr took very good care of me. I just moved to France and my time was up in my Airbnb. I could no longer stay in my Airbnb, lots of technical issues :-).
Once I submitted all of the paperwork and got my certificate from Garantme it was a very easy process. The owner accepted my application, I paid everything that was due.
I will be moving in soon.
If you are an expat looking for an apartment, they have a lot of great apartments on their website. Please email them.

Not Responsive
Sales Advisor takes days to get back about my request and only to be told the owner of the apartment I chose was not responsive. I had the same experience with few other apartments I selected last year with unresponsive owners. When I told the advisor I will no longer waste my time waiting and chasing for apartments from Paris Attitude, I was told Paris Attitude has 4000 units and I simply had bad luck with the apartments I chose. How many of these units are bad lucks ? If the owner is not responsive from the very start, can one imagine how unresponsive these owners are going to be had we rented their apartments ? This alone is a very bad sign.

Good selection of apartments for rent
There are a good selection of furnished apartments for long-stay renters available, in all parts of Paris. The process is pretty easy & straightforward. The only hiccup came with the payment as their payment link didn't work multiple times, and I ended up wiring the deposit, etc. (It would be much easier to be able to pay online, ie. have the payment link work.)
