Neda has been incredibly effective and responsive. After weeks of frustration with other agencies, I bumped into paris attitude. I found exactly the place I wanted to, in the 1st arrondissement, fully equipped and renovated. I immediately reached out to say I was interested and was contacted immediately by Neda to move forward. Efficiency, kindness, responsiveness, I really have nothing bad to say here. I would recommend Paris Attitude, and especially Neda’s expertise to everyone!

My experience with Paris Attitude has been great. My landlord is extremely nice, and Paris Attitude has always responded promptly and have always tried to help. My only reccomendation is to have a better system to get help to tenants. I was stuck paying out of pocket for a dishwasher repair, and I would have preferred not to do that.

Kateryna has been very helpful with navigating the rental process, and Paris Attitude has beautiful rental flats.

Neda was an excellent person to work with. My only criticism is the website, which seemed to have many glitches when I was searching for apartments.

EDIT: March 7, 2025 This matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Paris Attitude worked with the landlord to work around his inability to make an international financial transaction. Kudos to PA!

This review is pending final results. Paris Attitude per se was fine. We arranged an apartment for a long stay, entered with little problem, stayed, left three months later. Occupancy ended Dec 15 24. Inventory/Review of the condition of the apartment found no issues. We left it better equipped and cleaner than when we arrived. Security deposit refund was due Jan 15 25. It is Feb 15 25 (two months) and it hasn't happened yet. Technically the proprietor is responsible. I am in the US, the proprietor is in France. Paris Attitude are aware, but have done nothing other than also send emails to the owner. I am owed €6200. I have provided all routing information necessary for return of the funds.

My attitude toward ParisAttitude is that they should be proactive in resolving this problem with the proprietor on my behalf. EDIT: THEY DID!

Edit 2/21. Still silence from the landlord. And, be advised and I understand, Paris Attitude has NO control over the landlord and the return of my security deposit. What they can control is who is listed as providing apartments. This apartment IS AVAILABLE and listed on their site today. So, in my opinion, despite sending emails to the landlord, I conclude that Paris Attitude is more concerned about making money in the future than in getting mine back from the past. If I EVER get my money back, I will edit this to reflect that. Until then, I recommend going elsewhere to find your apartment.

I needed an apartment for 3months, but started searching one week prior to my trip. The staff were helpful in confirming the availabilities with multiple apartments, when most of them were already occupied.

Elhadji THIAM was so patient and helpful. I was a bit confused by the payment process and amounts listed and he resent the documents after explaining how everything worked.

Thanks to Paris Attitude, I easily found an apartment in Paris: from the agent who followed up with me online to the one who delivered the house keys, everything was conducted with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended.

Quick to answer and very helpful to find alternative places to stay if your first choice didn’t work out.

Update to my review: We received our deposit, minus approximately 150 euros (no explanation as to why 150 euros was subtracted) two months after the end of the contract. The problems with the deposit refund were not caused by Paris Attitude but I hope they take the time to inspect the apartment for cleanliness.

The contract for the apartment we rented ended on December 15th. I was told that we would be receiving the full deposit back. Per the contract, and per Paris Attitude (I have an email from Paris Attitude stating this), the deposit refund is due within 30 days of the end of the contract. It is now January 31 and we still have not been refunded our deposit.
If you are traveling to Paris from another country, I highly recommend not using Paris Attitude for renting an apartment. Once your contract ends, and you leave Paris, you will have no means of obtaining your deposit refund; you will be totally dependent on the honesty of the apartment's owner. Paris Attitude will do nothing to help you if the apartment owner does not refund you your deposit.

Update february 6th, 2025

The security deposit refund for the apartment at Square Mignot (75016) was promised for the middle of this week, but it has not been made. Paris Attitude is ignoring all emails sent. As of today, February 6, 2025, it has been 98 days since the deadline for the refund of the €5,000, not including any potential penalties for breach of contract. What is Paris Attitude actually doing about it?

I’ve been waiting for 3 months for the owner to return my €5.000,00 security deposit. Deadline is 30 days after check out! Sent numerous messages to the owner and she doesnt even reply! Tried to reach Paris Attitude but had no support or feedback! They only send automatic messages and theres no help at all! Looks like a scam to me. The contract only protects owners and the agency is only looking for the big fee we have to pay!

Every detail was shown and explained extremely well. No rushing
Asked me if I had questions room by room.
Took photos in every room to record all.

Renting is tricky in Paris and Paris attitude helps: Last time I had problems getting my deposit back from the owner and they intervened effectively.

Fast, responsive, and great service from assigned agent. The process from inquiry to signing an agreement was great.

You guys have been great. Your previous email of what to do & see in each arrondissement was particularly helpful. You have been very communicative from the start of our rental process. We also found your website to be user friendly.

This was my second time renting with Nadine. Easy to coordinate with her and the apartment was in great shape.
