I had a wonderful experience with this company and their customer service.

At first, I wasn’t completely sure about my size, but their team helped me choose the right one and guided me through the process. The lingerie set I ordered is absolutely beautiful — delicate, elegant, and very well made. My partner loved it as well.

Unfortunately, the bra didn’t fit me perfectly, but they immediately offered a solution. Even though I live in Germany and international returns can be expensive, they kindly arranged for me to receive a new bra in my next subscription box.

Later, my package had some issues with customs and was unfortunately returned, but once again their team was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole situation. The shipping problem was clearly the courier’s fault, not theirs, and they still did everything they could to help.

Their customer service is truly excellent, their lingerie is gorgeous, and they offer a wide range of sizes. I highly recommend them 100%.

Absolutely amazing quality products. My partner and I are subscription members and look forward to our surprise every month. He has loved every single item so far, I have felt so sexy and feminine in every piece. Needless to say, things have spiced up in the bedroom too. Do yourself and your partner a favour and sign up for the monthly subscription. I used to spend £££££'s on lingerie in stores and I still cant believe what I am getting for the amount we pay for the subscription. Affordable and worth every penny.

The quality of the product is beyond lovely, the embroidery and colours really pop. It fits great and I love the fact the sets are adjustable.
