Terrible

Terrible, i was told shuttle comes avery 5-15min, but when i arrive here the shuttle guy saya he will come inan hour..i had to again pay €25 for taxi to airport to be there in time for flight.

I would have thought after successfully…

I would have thought after successfully reserving a parking online that when I arrive the location I have a parking spot, but no, all of the parking area where full. I had to park my car awkwardly in the middle of two in & out entry of a building. Near where inoark were lots of bicycles. The car was a fraction away from those plus also the thought that I wasn't supposed to be parking on that particular spot but I did because I have already paid for a parking and I had nowhere else to go. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to my car and I was able to leave Parkbee okay. The location of Parkbee was perfect where ai needed to be so that was good.

This was a hopeless action!!!!!!!

We make a reservation because it is promised that a spot is reserved for us. 'Stress-free parking'??!!!!

That was clearly not the case!!!!!
The parking lot was overcrowded!!!! And the barrier kept opening, at one point there were 6 cars driving onto the lot. And since you could only go left or right and only reverse back, the chaos was complete.

So don't advertise a reserved spot, because that is clearly not the case!!!!

The exit did not open and the 085…

The exit did not open and the 085 number only put me in a 'loop'. Useless with no one to help when needed. Unacceptable!!!

Scam artists

Parked in Liverpool for a hen weekend and two of our four drivers were fined. All cars were pre-booked but Park Bee advised they were not, even with confirmation of booking. Told one was booked under the wrong registration, and the other had an issue because the registered owner of the car was not the driver.
A total scam, don't use them!

Great experience

Great experience! Used Google lens for the QR-code by the entrance. Open the door with a link on the park bee page. (you will get a reminder message with a link) Paying was easy with Ideal. Parked for 3 hrs and it cost €15,31

Clean but not secure

Clean and easily accessible, but too accessible. This used to be secure parking with locked doors and gates... Not any longer. Anyone can now walk in.

It's also very expensive compared to other parking a available in Liverpool. This wasn't an issue when it was secure but now that it's open to anyone to walk in and around it, £10 for <6 hours is not good value.
