Car parking liverpool

The site was clean and tidy and well illuminated, the lifts were spotless and never smelt which is a bonus with the homeless living around the area.i was worried about parking there for the weekend but the car was exactly as I left it and paying on exit was super easy

Reservation lost

Very easy to get in to parking lot. Door opened automattically.
Couldn't find the door for the pedestrians.
Called the helpdesk. They were very friendly but mycreservation was nowhere to be found... very strange because i paid in advance and in the app the time kept going.

Avoid! If you park always get a receipt. I ended up with a £287.32 fine even though I'd paid evidenced by bank statement

£287.32 County Court Judgement for a £9 parking fee I paid!
These guys are crooks. Even if you pay and provide evidence they still add "charges"

I always parked here, always paid. on December 12th 2023, I parked, I paid (Apple Pay) typing my reg # at the machine. The Machine just hung - we waited 15 mins- BTW there was no one there, no number to call, nothing. Before I left I confirmed payment on my Banking App. It had gone through just fine.

A few days later I got a texts telling me I hadn't paid, and got a letter asking me to enter details. I filled in their online form and shared copies of bank statement. Then heard nothing but endless threatening letters from dodgy debt collectors the kind that look official but are aimed at frightening you with the pay £400 now or we'll take your house ... you get the idea... I pretty much ignored them thinking that they were a scam. Then Sept 2024, after I got back from my holidays, going through my stack of mail, I got a wad of paper from "The Civil National Business Centre" threatening court action. (Turns out it's a real court ... who knew?) the name), and then another telling me that the court had reviewed and decided a fine and CCJ of £287.32.
Only option was to contest form (N244)with a £303 court fee and a mandatory requirement to attend a court in Northampton and no guarantee of success.

What a total scam. I just paid.

Be wary, Always get a receipt and keep it.

Keeps charging me even when I've paid and left the car park

On 26.09.2024 at 11:22 am I parked in one of the ParkBee car parks in Liverpool for 1 hour and 7 minutes.
I paid £4.50 by tapping my card to the ticket machine before left the car park.
Today (28/09/2024), I received a text message asking me to pay £25.92 for 2 days and 12 minutes parking!

What is this, I only parked for 1 hour and 7 minutes, not 2 days!

I opened the link in the text message and I saw that ParkBee continued to charge me, but my car is not in the car park and I paid before I left the car park.

Poor service!

I'm lucky because I paid with a card and I keep the ticket from the ticket machine, so I can prove I paid the parking.

What's next.. maybe ParkBee will take me to court and try to take my money... but I already paid!

Booked a space...arrived...no space…

Booked a space...arrived...no space available!! Poor customer service when called for help. Checked app at the time of trying to park, still offering up spaces to pay for?? No explanation as to why this was the case, just told that they 'couldn't magic up a space for me'
Thanks ParkBee, made a first day at university more stressful than it needed to be.
Will not be using again, would not recommend

Booked for an overnight trip to…

Booked for an overnight trip to Manchester to see Peter Kay. The car park was right opposite our hotel (crowne plaza) which was very handy. Was impressed with the price aswell for 24 hours. The app is great too with up to date communications and really clear directions. Highly recommend

Don’t park in this location during…

Don’t park in Hoofddorp Capellalaan 65 location during weekends/after office hours. They put a chainlock over the entrance gate and you cannot drive out

payment continues after check-out! the system does not allow payment until check-out. I checked out at 17:00 and was able to pay only at 4:00 the next day. overpaid about 20 euros. outrageous!
