Starts well, Deep Friendly service, Long muddled Aftertaste
Reservations for the Fourteen of us in our family party. We had a table reserved by the kitchen pass. Ellie our server was excellent at every step. Drinks came in timely fashion and to order with personable style.
All food came at the same time and to order.
Our issues began with a guest not able to pallet the amount of spice and seasoning on her rib dish. A salad dressing was offer to calm the taste but no other reparation was made. Generally, all of our party of fourteen adult people came away with the same observation that the food was over seasoned, over buttered or oily [especially the corn bread], over spiced to the point of each item on the plate did not balance as a meal. Every separate item on the plate should not be fighting to be named the signature dish. Nothing went well with the gravy, spiced also to complete with the different spiced potatoes.
Park Distillery was so close but yet too far to return again any time soon.
