I ordered a case, but it was stolen from our mailbox. I told Parkfield about it and they sent another case to replace the stolen one.
I received the new case but realised I had ordered the wrong one. Parkfield were more than happy to send the cover that I wanted for free, as long as I paid $10 for the postage fee.
The experience was excellent, besides the 2-3 weeks for the item to arrive in Australia.
The case is excellent and I would highly recommend.

Apple Watch Case
I bought 2 Apple Watch cases. Really good looking and seems pretty solid compared to some other ugly ones out there. What was more impressive was their customer service. In the first shipment one of the product I received was a bit faulty. I emailed them with photos etc and they sent me another, no hassle. Keep it up Parkfield. Yes I highly recommend.
