Delivery driver was extremely…

Delivery driver was extremely incompetent. Went to incorrect address twice, didn't understand my instruction over phone, I could barely understand him! When a person at the last incorrect address helped him get to the correct home, he handed the heavy package over the front fence to my 76 year old mother to carry to the door!! Absolutely terrible. Ordering process easy, delivery left very sour taste.

Exceptional customer service

Apart from the watch band I bought being good quality + great value, I was especially impressed with the service from Sara @ Parkfield. After I initially ordered the wrong size product, Sara made it incredibly simple for me to eventually receive the correct product. Thank you + well done!

Two weeks later, still hasnt shipped!

Waited 15 days after placing the order and it still hasn't shipped out. Tracking shows the consignment has been registered with the couriers but there's still no information on the expected delivery. I have contacted the customer service team multiple times but don't seem to get any useful updates. Will be organizing be organizing a card charge back at the end of this week if it doesn't show up. Avoid this company, there are much better options out there like Strapify or Oz Straps.

I've looked into this and can see that your order was delivered well outside of our usual delivery timeframe. Please accept our apologies for this, we have a case raised with Australia Post to investigate why.

A replacement for the product which did not fit correctly has been shipped out already so I hope this arrives soon

Great quality

Quick and easy experience, phone case is great quality. I give it 4.8 stars only reason it's not 5 is I thought the colour of the case was more sparkling like the picture but it was more matte in person
