Could you please provide an update on case number 898300?
I booked parking on your official website for €122. This transaction was not processed by your service but declined after 12 days.
However, the €269.50 we had to pay to exit your parking lot was indeed debited within 24 hours...
Of course, I have received no response from you by email since the day of my booking (12 days ago).
I expect a refund of this difference before changing my rating based on this case.
