Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Did not get out of the parking structure for 3 hours and I was on the second level. No explanation other than the attendant said "traffic".

Parking information

Parking garage attendant was very helpful and the garage was in a good location. The cost to park for the amount of time I was there was very expensive. $35.00 for 3 hours.

False Information from Attendant

The garage recently switched to a QR code system and I asked if my employee validation sticker would still be valid. I was told clear as day “yes” by the attendant, so I did. When I left it automatically deducted full pay from my card and did not apply my employer validation. I asked the attendant (who was also there earlier when I was told that it would be applied) for help and he was extremely rude and told me he couldn’t do anything to help me and I had to leave. Don’t use a garage where the attendants lie to you.

After arriving back at the parking…

After arriving back at the parking garage within the allotted time, I had to wait nearly 3 hours to exit the garage due to backed up traffic. Once I got to the exit, the attendant advised me I would have to pay an extra $20 to be able to exit due to going past my extended time. This was completely unacceptable for your company to conduct business in this manner. It is unprofessional and a complete scam. I will never park with this company again.

Very convenient, but the QR code to get in is finicky.

having my parking pass paid for already was nice. The printout of the qr code that opens the gate would not read, and the qr code on my phone would not activate the gate at first, until I turned the brightness up all the way on my phone. Meanwhile there are 4 or 5 cars waiting to get into the garage behind me and I'm stuck wodering if my pass will work... Once it did work, everything was fine. I'll use them again, but I now know to put iPhone to full brightness.

Extensive Delay to Exit Parking Structure on Commerce

Departing the parking garage after the Ed Sheeran concert was an extremely frustrating process. I sat in line for over 2 1/2 hours, along with a plethora of cars, waiting to exit the garage. Unfortunately, vehicles along Commerce refused to allow cars to merge into traffic thus causing a tumultuous delay for patrons departing your establishment. It would be extremely beneficial if someone, anyone, would direct traffic at both cross street intersections, after a concert, to insure customers are able to exit in a timely manner. I must say, this was the worst experience I’ve had regarding parking & later trying to depart a structure or space in Nashville. Im not sure I’ll attempt this option again, unless I’m desperate due to the cost & extensive exit delay. Hopefully, the process will become streamlined and this won’t continue to be an issue.

Everything is fine with the parking but...

Everything is fine with the parking lot, but if you want to leave at 12 am, you will lose 2 hours, I think there should be a faster way to get out of there.

Parking garage traffic jam.

I was stuck in a traffic jam in my parking garage for nearly 3 hours I prepaid for 6 hour but got charged for the extra time I had no control over.

We had trouble exiting the parking…

We had trouble exiting the parking garage so we had to contact a service person. It took a few min. but we finally exited & were on our way home.

approached by homeless people in the…

approached by homeless people in the elevator and followed us to our vehicle parked in the deck begging us for money. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt pretty unsafe. Not sure if anything could be done with security to prevent this type of situation. Also - Pretty costly. We were staying across the street and had to leave a couple times to drive and was charged for each exit which amounted to over $40/day. Paid almost as much for parking during this stay as we did for housing. Seems a little extreme.
