Furious!!
I used your app/site to purchase daily parking in a lot that I always park at but usually use the pay machine and use my credit card. I used your app, which there is an advertisement right next to the pay station indicating that the lot accepts mobile passes. I was successful in purchasing daily parking with your app and had a mobile pass; however, I received a parking violation ticket that day for $60. I am furious and do not understand why you would advertise at a lot and then require someone to print their pass (which it did not indicate I needed to do AT ALL and that the mobile pass would be valid and accepted for the lot) when the reason for using a mobile pass is so that you don't need to use the pay station or display a physical ticket. I would like a refund and for someone at your company to pay for my fine.
