Good experience

Good experience! there was a delay in the Heathrow tunnel so they give precise instructions on how to handle such situation! Good communications over the phone! Just be patient as sometimes the delays are due to traffic in the car parks entrances!

Good price

Good price.
5 minute wait for driver when we arrived. On return we were told 20 minutes after collecting bags and he arrived after 18!
No problems so I was happy.

I was misinformed via the confirmation…

I was misinformed via the confirmation email sent to me by parking buddy. It gave directions of where to drop the car and it was wrong which resulted in me having to pay for a car drop off charge twice. I will be parking at Heathrow again in march but certainly will not using this company again. On top of all this we was delayed in getting to back to the car park on the return to collect our car and because of this the driver had left our key on the car rather than waiting for us to arrive giving an opportunity for theft.

Dissapointed

No clear signage when trying to find this "car park". Phone number on paperwork did not answer. On arrival 45 minutes of total confusion that we were not registered for parking even though I had the written conversation. Once they allowed us to park my husband had to park on a muddy field. When we picked the vehicle up it had been moved to the yard and was absolutely filthy covered in leaves and twigs from trees. Not a very professional service or place to park cars. Would not use again

Parking Buddy meet and greet Luton airport

When we arrived at Luton airport meet and greet we were told this company didn’t have a licence to be operating at Luton airport. We had to rebook. Good job we had plenty of time. Very stressful which you don’t need. Now we have to try and get a refund through credit card company.

sorry will not be using again…..

Used this meet and greet at Luton Airport , i originally booked this for my wife's car , but changed the booking to my car. rang them when 30 mins away only to be told there is no booking with that reg number , i gave them the wife's reg to check also no booking with that reg number, however it was finally found with the booking number, on my return i called when i collected my case only to be told i would have to pay early pick up fee because i was a day early ?
I insisted my booking was indeed for today and was told to have that info ready when the driver turned up, didnt want to give the driver ant grief so i showed him. One last thing was the muddy foot prints in the rear of the car as well as my dash cam had been unplugged, i wonder why ?

Shocking experience

Shocking experience. Terrible service from the Heathrow airport. Car was returned with a 45min delay with no updates. When enquiring about the update received shouting down the phone as if I was to understand it is busy. When the car was finally returned I saw a message on the dashboard that showed it had been involved in a collision 2 days after I had left it in their 'Meet&Greet' care. This was shocking - when contacted back I was told that it was my system that wasn't working properly.

Incorrect contact phone number on booking confirmation given for arrival at Birmingham M &G, after 20 calls we were lucky that someone picked up the call from Heathrow who helped give us the correct to number. Why the guy arrived he stated that no booking confirmation had been received by them but they honoured it as we were already ONE hour late for check in.
Midlands travel need to check what numbers they are given customers for the correct airport. It was NOT a good start to our holiday.

Excellent on time and friendly service, well done !!!!
If i had to give 1 piece of feedback it would be to have a telephone number manned during the hours of 9am to 5pm for people who need to change their booking at the last minute. Everything else was great 👍

My plane was delayed

My plane was delayed, thus, the car was supposed to pick up on Friday evening. Instead it was picked on Saturday morning and the charges for the extra day was so extortionate.

Previous occasions has been good this…

Previous occasions has been good this time poor. Pick up time was 1045 not 1130, excuse was that you was busy, even though you had the flight number, you should track the flights. Dashcam was unplugged why? Radio station changed why? 12v cigarette lighter unplugged and found in glove box why? Heated seats were on in the rear why?. I would use you again but I now I have my doubts.

Really bad experience

Got to the carpark - which took some finding! No instructions what to do when I got there and no one around. Called the number on paperwork only to be told I should have called when I was 10 mins away, so now I had to wait. Didn't take me to the airport. Took me to the train station to catch the shuttle. Won't use again.

The team greeted me warmly upon arrival…

The team greeted me warmly upon arrival and guided me right to the pickup area. As someone with limited mobility, I really appreciated how accommodating and patient they were, ensuring every step was as easy as possible. My car was returned spotlessly cleaned and waiting for me just steps from the terminals.

Dropoff and pickup were both quick, with minimal waiting. The team handled my car with the utmost care and I appreciated their clear, friendly communication every step of the way. My vehicle was returned in perfect condition and right on schedule.

I would avoid at all cost

I would avoid at all cost - when we called them 30mins before arriving at Heathrow, they told us our booking had been cancelled. By them, with no warning. Which meant we had no car park and just about to go on a 2 week holiday! Utter chaos and stress for us after that. Not needed as you're on your way to the airport. I would pay more than use this platform again.
