No refunds for any of the days when flight is canceled
Be warned: Parkos does not offer refunds if your flight is cancelled less than 24 hours before your reservation. While I understand that the first day may be non-refundable, keeping the payment for the remaining days is unacceptable. The parking spot can easily be reused and sold to someone else. This policy seems designed to profit at the customer’s expense.

Excellent service for the price
Excellent service for the price. They are very responsive. Even though my arrival times (both departure and return) were delayed by hours, they kept track of my status by calling me. Once I was ready at the airport, they picked me up within minutes and took me to the parking lot. My car was in perfect condition.

There were a few parking spots…
There were a few parking spots available when we arrived. The transfer went smoothly. We had to wait around 20 minutes after arrival, but that may be normal. Overall, I would choose the same parking area again when using Düsseldorf Airport.

We had parked our car at this company. They charged us €60 via their website, and when we returned from our trip they asked for an additional €25. We were forced to pay, otherwise I would not get my keys back. In the end we paid €80 for 16 days.

Great service and extremely helpful. Our car had a dead battery on our return due to very cold weather and they helped us by calling a mechanic friend to fix it for us even thou It was late in the night.

Person is very helpful and nice.
He couldnt speak Dutch or English bur only French. He used translate to communicate.
It is a bit uncommon that I need to drive to his ofc to pick him and he drive to us to Terminal to drop off. I never did that in the past with other. But it was only 3mins away, therefore, not an issue.
Our baggage was missing in the return. He had to wait for us for more than 1hr. He never showed frustration but understood and cooperated.

We called when we arrived, a guy answered and came directly to show us the spot on the parking and brought us to the airport. At the airport he told us where we had to wait after our holiday. When we came back from our holiday the van was right there and we could go in directly after which they brought us back to the car. The parking itself is next to a police station and had a fence all around. The parking lot is flat and paved and there was plenty of space.

Scam - Porsche Taycan damage
Porsche Taycan damage - Parkos takes zero responsibility whatsoever, shifting all responsibility to their service provider. Park-Orio, the service provider at Bergamo Milan Airport Orio al Serio, refused any liability, shifting it to Parkos and kicking us out at 23.30 at night (and insulting my 66-year-old mother and me).
UPDATE: despite following their advice RE: contacting their service provider for which I paid them (not the service provider - with Parkos, you pay Parko directly). Parkos service provider, Park Orio, is not replying to any of my emails or calls to the contact details Parkos provided me. Also, they keep closing my case despite the problem not being solved!
Guys, DO NOT USE PARKOS. What's the point to pay the middle man is there's zero support? YOu're better of booking directly from the service provider.

They crashed my car and left it with 2000 euro in damage and they won't help and they disappear. To give you phone numbers and email addresses that don't work and tell you to claim your own insurance company when they stole your car! They are complicit with criminal organizinations.
