We received a very professional service from beginning to end and both drivers were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a small step to help more disabled clients to get in and out of the transport more easily.

I have used a bunch of different companies in the past and this one was terrible from communicating to needing to wait over an hour after calling them almost missed my flight

No issues with them, I'd use them over and over again.

The whole process from start to finish was really easy and everyone I had dealings with were polite and couldn’t do enough to help.

Will definitely use this service again, next time we fly.

Great friendly and fast

After I paid for the parking through Parkos, I received a gmail with the number where I had to call 20 minutes before arriving at Luton airport. I tried to call but no one answered. I woke up without parking 2 hours before the flight .I called Parkos and their answer was that they are sorry but they cannot give me another parking space

The owner was rude, unhelpful and no one was at the office when we turned up. He also demanded we pay an extra £60 cash for meet and greet. We ended up having to park elsewhere at Stansted airport as we were let down by SMG and lost a lot of money. Wish I’d read the awful reviews before booking.

Was a very smooth process. You call them when you are nearby and they pick up the car and take it to nearby parking area.
BUT keep in mind you have to pay for the ticket for the short stay.. I can’t remember exactly how long or how much. Something like 15 mins stay for £7-8. So add £16 on top of the price you’ve paid.
I would do it again for the convenience.

Amazing experience start to finish. Good communication from the guy who I met at the airport. He met me to pick up my car as I had took the wrong turn. Text updates letting me know my car had arrived at the safe location. He was patient and waited to bring my car around on my return as I was experiencing luggage delays. He kindly helped carry my luggage to the car and came to the petrol station with me at night as a lone young women to put air in my tires before driving home. I felt safe and comfortable, I will definitely use this service again when flying from Heathrow.

Brilliant service

Very poor communication and rude. Not a proper parking spots. Hard to find the location. Not on google map. I don’t go with them anymore and not recommended.

Very poor communication my have to wait nearly 50 min for them to pick me up my Car covered in mud like they been using it had to get it wash next day photos to proved person was quite abrupt with Me plus couldn't find the car when I came back

Waiting time was for pick up too long 50min wait for pick up and then 20min drive to car park

Avoid at All Costs - Total Scam!
I had an absolutely appalling experience with SMG Park & Ride at Stansted Airport booked via PARKOS. I booked parking with them from the 25th to the 28th of September 2024, paying £69.99 for the service - Booking Number: PHLG8B. My booking was for a 12:00 noon arrival, but due to unavoidable delays, I arrived at 14:30 for a 16:15 flight. To my shock, they informed me that my parking had been cancelled because I didn’t arrive within 2 hours of my booking time – something buried in the small print. They demanded an extra £100 to park my car, or I’d have to find parking elsewhere!
This is nothing short of a blatant scam. I was being charged twice for a single parking slot, as the original booking was still valid for the dates I paid for! It’s absurd to cancel a booking simply because of a slight delay, especially when they advertise that they are open 24 hours a day. Parking should be about the days you book, not the exact minute you arrive.
SMG Park & Ride is clearly exploiting travellers who are often in a rush and can’t afford to miss their flights. They force you to pay an extortionate additional fee, knowing full well you have no other option. I felt totally ripped off and deceived.
Do yourself a favour – DO NOT BOOK WITH SMG Park & Ride. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and the risk of being scammed out of more money at the last minute. There are far better and more trustworthy parking services at Stansted!
I have also noticed there are a lot of positive reviews on their review page which suggest they are using AI to generate a lot of anonymous positive reviews and suppressing negative reviews. I will also post this review on Trust Pilot and Trip Advisor.
