Not a nice experience

Using Parkos was the easy part. Parking with SMG was a different story. Hard to find location, then charged extra £15 transfer cost to airport. Which is insane as you share a Vito bus with others who all pay it and then you get dropped off at the hotel next to the airport. They don't even use the money to pay for a pass at barriers outside the terminal so be prepared to walk. The website clearly states £2.50 and thats so they cover the cost of the ticket fee at the drop off point, instead they claim it and stop freely in a hotel car park they dont pay for. Its a slight con but one that annoys considering they make such a piknt about it and you paying for it. Easiest £15 they ever made. The guys on site were friendly and helpful but on return to my car as it's in an industrial unit the floor was caked in mud from someone's boots when they moved the vehicle. I would save your money and get meet and greet that way you don't have to walk any distance and the car will be clean on your arrival.

absolutely terrible run site. my car was immaculate and clean on arrival
i left car for 4 days and on return the site was pitch black. no security the smell of manure was rough even in my car. for the hour drive home. when i got out of site.and could see by road lights manure was sprayed all over it
i asked for the £14 it cost for cleaning. and their reply is you had service. so basically. get lost
site is very dangerous to walk about. nobody seems to want to talk English. except 1 guy running it from mobile
do not use this site.
not only bad. but you get charged with 6 other people in minibus £15. and they pay £7.50 at airport gate. which is over 20 mins away
you will regret going there to park
pay a little more and be happier

Quick and easy to use. Price for parking is excellent

Avoid! Extra charges for a truck ended up paying £75 on top of original booking. Dearer than vip meet and greet. Not nice people and threatening to throw customers out of minibus when they do not want to pay extra fees. Not nice people and not a nice place to leave your vehicle. They threaten you with legal action because you leave a bad review. Save yourself the hassle!

Easy from start to finish. Soon as arrived minibus was there loading, they waited for us to check in which was quick and we were off! Easy collection instructions too!

Wery good servise , even when is small company . they are beter servising then big companys

Not Recommended. Guy who come been very rude, call when come back 40 min before, and still need waiting 35 min.

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs

I had a terrible experience using Parkos. Nowhere on their website is it mentioned that there are additional charges, like crossing the short-term parking gates, which you need to pass through to meet the driver who takes your car to their parking lot. The distance, condition, and safety of the parking lot are also completely unclear. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding extra fees. When booking, I thought I was paying the total amount, but surprise—there are extra charges for crossing the gate and for the fuel used while driving my car back and forth. The person who collected my car was rude, it was difficult to communicate with them over the phone, and finding the parking spot was a nightmare. Totally a disaster. Never again.

Used parkos to find the most competitive price to park at Stansted. Unfortunately the place I selected had very cleverly stated parking came with a lift to the airport. In the small print it states the drop off to the airport would come at an extra expense of £15. Which I was happy to pay as it was still cheap. And of course I wasn't going to miss my flight. The staff at Timber Yard where I parked were pleasant and friendly. The Yard is literally a yard filled with cars. Doesn't look like the typical car park.

The manager was very rude in front of my family I'm late charging 36 pounds I explain that leaving early and we got away with an M25 for 2 hours but it was not pleasant to ever use this service again -0 very bad... the guy who takes people to the airport very good I don't know how to work in such a bad company..

Easy to find, parking was straight forward, staff friendly and helpful. Dropped off the keys and jumped into the shuttle bus and arrived at the airport terminal within 5 minutes, also the same for the return, highly recommend.

Had a great service. Easy. So Close to stansted airport but offsite. The service was seamless even at 2am!
