Park Plus Airport Parking Reviews 

My daughter recommend park plus, there was no waiting when I arrive to park. Parking attendant took my reservation # and I took my carry on luggage. It was as easy as 123. Shuttle to airport 4mins. Upon my return shuttle was there a pkup. After being pkup My car was waiting in front. I recommend park plus to anyone.

Have used this company a few times within the last year and had no issues. Rates are reasonable especially if you provide your email you get specials. Drivers are courteous.

This I was the cheapest I could find to fly out of JFK and I liked that their was a car wash opportunity. However when I received my car I felt the car wash was poor for the price of $25. In addition, when I got in my car I had to put in radio security code which is an indication my battery was disconnected or it died. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but if I leave my car in someone else possession and leave it running when I headed to the airport that means this had to be caused by something on the lot. When I asked queston Noone knew what happened but admitted if it had to be jumped documents would have been left in my car. There was no documents. On the positive side everyone seemed concerned and apologized even when I called in the next day, the gentleman reviewed video and confimed my car was jumped. I use these types of places often when I fly out and this was the first time this happend and first time with this company.

Second time using Park Plus and would recommend them. Easy to book online and when we needed to make a change, we gave them a call and had a quick (and polite) response followed up by confirmation email. This time, when the car was dropped off, a representative took photos of the vehicle - good move, saves dispute regarding damage. The shuttle drivers were helpful and courteous.

Parking here is convenient and easy. The location at Newark combined with fair pricing and speedy valet parking make this a good value for money experience. The shuttle service is fast and reliable, the attendants and ownership are truly focused on customer satisfaction and service. The owner himself reached out to me and fully rectified a small accident that had occurred with a caring and concern that was truly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt and caring service and returning my vehicle to me in better than new condition. I parked at park plus every week until it started taking 15 and 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick up. My last experience, it took multiple phone calls where I was told I was not at the pick up location so he driver left. It was a comete lie! Apparently, their driver is always right, not the customer. Moving to the parking spot for my weekly parking.

Park plus is easy to locate off the belt parkway. They were friendly, helpful and we did not have to wait long for the shuttle upon leaving and arriving home.

Went on a Five day trip. I came back the shuttle was already making rounds at the airport. I did not have to wait more than 5 mins to be picked up. Good service. I would recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever! If you do not want to miss your flight DO NOT use them!

Always hospitable and prompt: no worry about making flights or delays in pick-up. Getting to the lot is a little hairy but it is safe for you and vehicle. Did an outstanding job of washing our car during our stay.

I have been using Park Plus for several years now. They are very responsive, courteous, and professional. At car drop off, I am always heading to the terminal in 2-3 minutes. When I return, pickup at the terminal is usually 7-10 minutes, regardless of the time of day.

Everyone is very professional

I parked at Park Plus for the Memorial Day weekend. I have used them several times previously and found them to be efficient and friendly. The trips to and from the airport and quick with very little waiting time. The only issue I had was that the person who checked me in put the wrong ticket with my keys. It was off by 1 so the wrong car was brought out for me and I was given someone else's keys as a result.

Super easy to park there. Staff always very nice and efficient never have to wait!! They're awesome love parking there!!

Friendly team, even at 5am. Car was fine, shuttles were on point.
