Stay away from the Zalando Partner Program
Stay away from the partner Program if you are a small brand. I have been selling tin Zalando for more than 3 years now. They do not have a Customer Care escalation contact, they do not have a partner key account manager assigned. They make decisions based on their whims and if they made the wrong decision they do not take responsibility and you end up losing money and the item sold to the customer. They do not follow their own terms and conditions and their platform rules either. If you point out the rules and tell them that they have made a mistake they start bouncing you back and forth from one team to another and never resolve the problem. Again you lose money! They do not care about their partners.
Items damaged by customer if reported the decision is always in favour of the customer even if you provide all proof that the item sent to the customer was in perfect condition. It is strange because all the customer reviews on trust pilot say that customers never receive refund and the we as a partner never receive payment so is Zalando keeping all this money by telling the customer no refund and telling the partner non payment. Be aware! They are not a company that works honestly and respects their partners.
