I recently completed my Level 3 Adult Care qualification with Partnership Training Ltd, and I had a fantastic experience. My tutor, Sarah, was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always available whenever I needed guidance. The training was delivered to a very high standard, yet Sarah was always approachable and made learning enjoyable. We used a variety of communication methods to ensure my individual needs were met throughout the course. I would highly recommend Partnership Training Ltd to anyone considering further training. It was a truly positive and rewarding experience!

I have recently completed my level 3 in adult care. I was so nervous before I began studying however my tutor Helen has been nothing but encouraging all the way through. Helens knowledge and dedication towards my learning has been invaluable and I do not think I could of had a better tutor.

Started my course really nervous
Started my course really nervous, however steph was helpful and always on the end of the phone if i needed anything which made the course a lot easier. After my results i couldnt thank her enough for the constant support and belief in me.

Great support in my NVQ apprenticeship
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Sonia Spittle and the outstanding support she provided during my NVQ apprenticeship.
Although Sonia only took over as my tutor towards the end of my apprenticeship, she immediately made a positive impact. She encouraged and challenged me in a constructive way, helping me stay focused and motivated to achieve my goals. I had Jemma Meakin as my tutor and honestly can’t not praise her enough, she was very supportive and made me believe I could achieve my goals, I passed with distinction and feel it was her encouragement and help that achieved that. I would recommend partnership training and will be using them for my staffing team in the future

My tutor Lauren Hodgkins was absolutely amazing throughout my level 4 journey. We started working together after a change in tutors, and I seen a huge change in my enthusiasm and confidence in my verbal discussions with the support from Lauren. You took the time to support me throughout my Leadership in Health and Social Care course. You made sure I understood everything, even though I am Deaf and British Sign Language (BSL) is my first language. English has always been a real struggle for me, but with your support, patience, and encouragement, I achieved an overall Distinction in my exams.
You were always kind, reassuring, and found ways to explain things in a way I could understand. No matter how busy you were, you always made time to support me.

My tutors been amazing throughout
Starting my journey through my level 4 apprenticeship was a little rocky changing tutors early on. However, Lauren Hodgkins swooped in, taking over and has walked me side by side through the entirety of the apprenticeship. She has been nothing but amazing every step of the way, supporting me, adapting to how I like to do things, and providing very efficient, timely support whenever I needed it. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me and I wish her all the best.

Philip was absolutely fabulous throughout my apprenticeship he always provided that support I could not have done it without him through my experience with partnership training I felt comfortable and listens to and if I did not understand a certain area that consistent support was always provided.

Claire is amazing
Claire is amazing! Couldn't have got a Distinction without her.
Claire supported me through my Level 5 Leadership and Management course in Residential Childcare, and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She made the whole process so positive and was always just a phone call away. We communicated so well that she became more than just an assessor, I’ve made a great friend too.

While taking on my apprenticeship it…
While taking on my apprenticeship it has been an excellent experience and has provided me with invaluable knowledge and confidence.
I had received excellent support from my tutor Helen Adams throughout my apprenticeship which made me confident and also has taught me not to doubt myself which I am very grateful for. Learning and working along side with Helen has been a pleasure throughout my apprenticeship the amount of support and encouragement that Helen has given me has motivated me to pursue my knowledge further. I could not of asked for a better tutor!
I highly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone who is looking to start or gain more knowledge in the healthcare sector.

Fantastic Tutor and Great Training Experience.
I completed my Level 5 Children, Young People and Families Management Apprenticeship with Partnership Training and had a really positive experience.
My tutor was Phillip Ramsey, and I honestly cannot thank him enough for the support he gave me throughout. He was knowledgeable, approachable and really easy to talk to. He understood the pressures of my role and was always flexible and accommodating around my schedule, which made a big difference.
Phillip supported me in a way that worked for me. He took the time to explain things clearly, helped me link the course to my actual role, and was always available when I needed extra support or guidance. He was also happy to listen when I was dealing with challenges at work and would offer practical advice based on his own experience in the sector.
What stood out most was that he clearly cares about what he does. It never felt like he was just ticking boxes. He genuinely wanted me to do well and helped me build my confidence throughout the course. He was really excited to call me and tell me my results.
With Phillip’s support, I was able to pass my Level 5 with a Distinction, which I am really proud of. I would highly recommend Partnership Training, and especially Phillip Ramsey, to anyone completing their Level 5. Overall great experience, thankyou.

Completed my L4 children and families…
Completed my L4 children and families practitioner my tutor was Kay. I started a nervous shy learner with low confidence. Kay has helped me learn things about myself as well as my role, I write this wholeheartedly she has given me the enthusiasm and drive to give anything a go and taught me to always trust and believe in myself. She gave me in depth knowledge and broke down everything so I could understand. She was patient and would always free up time to ensure she could support me in areas I struggled! She has also taught me how important it is to be kind at all costs because without her kind caring nature I would still have been skipping meetings due to not feeling competent and confident. I have felt at total ease throughout and wish anyone else the exact same experience as me because I know it will be valued and appreciated 🩷
