Unreliable, slow service

Unreliable, slow service.. It’s been 9 days since I placed the order and nothing. I keep chatting with CS and they advise tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, and nothing. Never again will order from them. My choice.

I purchased front rotors and pads for a 2011 hyundai tucson.The next day parts avatar sent me an email that the same parts although from a different manufacturer were 70% off ! I should have been made aware of this so I could have taken advantage of this offer.
