The wiper that was suggested from the website to be compatible with my car is not fitting.
The address of the store was also wrong and difficult to find it.

Ordered a washer pump for my Ford Focus via the website and collected at my local GMF store where you pay on collection which is good
No issues at all with the transaction

Only minor thing which i was a little dissapointed with was i almost paid full price for the part as i almost missed the discount code on the website and it is quite a difference in price so be aware
Another large nationwide car parts company does this it is very frustrating so beware and check for the codes save yourself a fortune in my case it was around £12 difference

Can’t fault this site price was competitive item arrived on time and well packaged very good. My only gripe here is I was directed here from ‘GSF car parts’ I added the item on GSF And was then told at checkout they didn’t have the item in stock but our sister site does, great I think how helpful I click on the supplied link and there’s the item all ready to add to my basket, hmm, wait it’s £10 more expensive on here. FFS

Nice easy selection of parts by registration plate, made choices very easy instead of lots of research. Straightforward ordering process and unbelievable quick delivery - 20kg battery in under 2 working days. Check your prices though - I had a discount code for 50% which made the battery the same price as direct from the manufacturer, I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price on the website without the code...having said that the packaging was the best I've seen, very well protected and also protecting the delivery company with safety mats inside the box and brilliant shock absorbing internals. End to end, one of the best car parts online experiences I've ever had!

I Recently ordered on line a Mann, air, oil,and cabin filter,I live in Aberdare and as my wife wanted to go to Swansea to do some shopping, I ordered the parts in your Swansea branch,but when I went to pick them up I was told that the oil filter I had ordered, was not in stock,so I was given an alternative which was slightly cheaper,in retrospect I should have turned down the offer as when you order a specific item that is what you should recieve.Therefore I will shop elsewhere in future.

Disappointed that one item was not in stock at Ross, so had to travel 15 miles.
Coleford shop was not easy to find (behind a factory unit: perhaps a bigger sign on the road?).
Online search said one item was out of stock at Coleford, but it was there.
The staff were very helpful and quick, as usual.

Rapid delivery of the exact part for my job in hand. Excellent price as well. Will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.
