A well known car parts retailer in my town Tiverton is closed due to Covid-19 and a bulb went on my car. I found PartsForAllCars after a quick internet search and was surprised to see they were open in my town and only 1 minute away from that other retailer. The bulb was in stock and I ordered and was able to collect within 30 mins. On arrival everything was very clean, sanitiser visible and Perspex screen around the till with easy access to contactless payment. Staff were polite and I will consider this option in future when pricing up any parts or car cleaning equipment I need.

I have been involved in the motor trade for nearly 50 years and used to buy off yourselves, eurocarparts and other motor factors .GSF would all ways undercut your prices with quality parts ( you shut them down in swansea) you consistently advertise parts at lower prices but never have the items in stock.!!

Bosch wiper blades very expensive to some other places cheaper for identical bosch blades otherwise excellent service would still use again

Really good customer service and parts

Received helpful advice over the phone with a part not in stock, ordered for next day collection with my click and collect order. Except for queuing to collect my order I found the staff helpful and interested, will definitely use again, parts were also very good at a nice price.

Ordered brake shoes and got the wrong ones even though they had the registration number,they said return them but with paying the post and the inconvenience i will just chuck them out,i missed the mot deadline and had to put the old ones back on.I dont think i should have to pay for returns when its not my mistake.

Just go into branch and don't bother with the online seevice it would be so much easier. A lot of effort no guarantee its the right part. Returns have been a whole other problem.

Was left waiting outside the building in the hot sun for 30 mins. Ignored for a while. Kept being told someone was on their way. The part was wrong (even though I entered the car reg). Took it back to a different branch where everyone was on the phone, I wasn't even acknowledged. After a 10 minute wait I was served. When I asked to bring the wrong part back for a refund, I got a massive eye roll and sigh. My options for car parts were limited due to covid19, but I would not shop here again.
