Brilliant tyre trolley and very fast delivery

I bought a brand new battery for my car delivery was super fast 3 days. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Also the battery was a lot cheaper from here then well known places.

Very fast delivery, arrived in Glasgow day after ordered. Wasn’t expecting this as last large two items I had delivered were a nightmare.

The SIP welder arrived on time but in a box that had been made very damp at sometime, even the staples were rusty, I believe it came direct from SIP. The courier commented on the packaging state at the time. When unpacked all items appeared okay. But after about ten minutes of welding the wire feed gauge stopped working. Parts for machines asked me to send it back to SIP for repair which I did. When the welder came back (totally unexpectedly) it was wrapped in plastic to stop the box falling apart I guess. A quick check showed that my welding guides were missing. But the next day I went to use it and found the earth cable was also missing. I let pfm know and four days later SIP sent a replacement cable. However on starting the machine the original perceived fault was still there. I’m hoping for a complete refund or a new machine. I was asked to submit a video of the weld gauges in use and this is where it all went wrong. The lowest power setting was now too hot for the welding I had done before. I could only blow holes. Eventually the tip got so hot it melted and the fuse blew.
I believe the fault is with SIP not pfm but I have to go through the provider to get things done.
SIP came back to me and told me because I had used a lower amp fuse in the plug I had invalidated the warranty and therefore it was my fault. Now I have a very expensive doorstop.

Unfortunately we had a problem with a product. It was just one of those things and nobody's fault. After a couple of phone calls and associated emails. .ABHISHECK. made sure that it was resolved. I had a replacement machine in very short time when all I expected was a repair. He then made contact to check in with me to ensure all was OK. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to future business. All the best.
