Great price, gear and customer service when I needed to locate the courier. 100% and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

After a lot of searching on Google, I found the trolley jack I wanted at Partsformachines. Gorgeous 2001LEHV in green and the best price I could find. It was a Christmas present for my husband and arrived well packaged and very quickly! He’s already used it and he loves it, so much better than a previous lower quality jack. There was a further 5% discount available at the time for Sealey products, so the price was amazing! It was delivered via DHL less than 2 days later and there was excellent email communication and tracking info. Would highly recommend Partsformachines, I’ll definitely try them before any other company in the future!

First time customer. I ordered a lightweight trolley jack for DIY use after another company let me down on multiple occasions. I found a product that was competitively priced and was despatched and arrived quickly. Only negative was that after receiving my order confirmation, I did not receive any further updates by text or email advising my parcel has been dispatched, or was due for delivery. I arrived home to find it sitting in my front porch.

Hi I bought a sip Submersible Water Pumps from this company for an emergency job on 27th of January 2023.I received the pump. It worked only 5to 20 minutes, Then did not start again. I call them so many times but I could not speak to anybody.
I sent them a email explained what happened request for an exchange, but no luck at all.

I bought a SIP pump. On the first day of receiving the pump I have used briefly about 5_20 minutes ,that was working okay.
We left it aside for about 3 days out of water and main power.
There was no electricity, power or water. during this time.
WE have received all part we ordered to use pump eg:hose,clips,spare parts.
I switched on pump but there was no luck ,no power.
It simply did not work at all.
Could you please let me know what action will you be taking?
Now lets go back to the story again...They said in email.it was going to take sometime but no time frame. I asked for a refund but declined, PUMP was picked up for an investigation. At the same time, I bought another one from another retailer but this time reputable one.
I asked for a refund but they send me another one after 7 WEEKS admitting pump was faulty.
Anyway 9 weeks of uncomfortable waiting finally I received my refund. If you need anything {like pump) Urgently avoid this company.
I could easily say experience was a nightmare.
I would avoid at all cost buying them again .
Pump was £224.39.

Brilliant tyre trolley and very fast delivery
