Bhai my self i amit sharma i have also ordered for a Chevrolet Enjoy clutch plate on 02 May 2026 paid Rs 5800 .at that time he shared the invoice copy with me .but then the delivery partner -shiprocker has not delivered my clutch plate and the send me a message on the 14th of May 2026 that I have rejected the order which is not true and till now the order has not been dispatch neither parts guru is answering my calls i call hime reugulary from my order and today 14.05.2026 neither he is replying to my messages and cal and when i tale him ki mai police mai report karuga wo bola jaha jana hai jawo jo kerna hai karo experience that I have got.its a pathetic experience ---bhai log ye parts guru fake hai mat lena meterial ise

I had service never before I was order o2 sensor price in India, we just received order packet and implement on my vw polo oxygen o2 sensor price and quality best thanks PARTSGURU WILL REMEMBER AGAIN THANKS

I had a very bad experience with this individual. He asked me to make an upfront payment, assuring that it would help him deliver the Kia Seltos headlight faster. Based on this assurance, I transferred ₹13,500.
Despite receiving the full payment, the product has not been delivered till date, and his responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. I later realized that I had been misled.
I have already filed a police complaint, but no resolution has been received so far. I am now proceeding to report the matter to the Cyber Crime department with all the relevant transaction details and communication records.
I am sharing my experience to create awareness and to help prevent others from facing a similar situation.

I'm from Tamilnadu. I placed an order for my hyundai fluidic verna 2012 autofold sidemirror. till now they r not responding and not attending my calls. After receiving the advance amount Rs.1000 they said original parts was out of stock. imported parts only going to give. I said I don't want imported parts. I need original. so I said cancel my order and return my amount. till now they didn't respond and not attending whatsapp calls. I sent mail also. no reply. he cheats my amount. Don't buy any parts from partsguru.

This is a fraud company from Delhi. Plz be aware of this company they will cheat you and send wrong parts and then stop responding. Be aware. They are thief.

Frauds, sent used part which didn't work and stopped responding. Sent emails as well but didn't respond.

Fraud company ! They take the money and won't deliver the product, there numbers won't work and they don't respond to emails. Buy from any other site not from this fraud company.

They took advance payment, said that they have the material in stock, it wasn’t dispatched for 10 days and now they have stopped answering on whatsapp or receiving my calls. The number on their website is also incorrect.

They send second hand used material and do not respond after delivery.

Fraud site it is never trust this parts guru app this ppl ask advance payments later one no one will receive call report this site and beware of this types of frauds

I purchased a product that was delivered two months later than expected. Upon receiving it, I found it was not in working condition and had clearly been used. Since then, I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but they have ignored my calls and messages. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company based on the terrible service and subpar product quality. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I've been relentlessly chasing them for a refund for the past month, and yet, I’ve received no response from them!

Money collected via UPI for my order and no shipment made. Follow up and waited for 3 months. False commitments made repeatedly on WhatsApp of shipment by evening/next day but never shipped. No shop exists at contact address given on website. Better not order on this fake website if you wish to save your money. UPI used was mdexporter-2@okicici and in the meantime has delinked the UPI ID from the phone. All in all, a super conman setup

They are frauds. They take advance money from you as deposit for your order and stop responding . Please do not fall for their scam, do not pay any advance amounts (usually 500INR or more), for placing orders.

I had ordered innova clutch kit from partsguru on 8th. Of August. Which I received on 27th. Of August, before ordering i made sure that they would send me original parts and they confirmed it and sent the original pictures on what's app. But when received it, they were not original parts and totally different of what they sent me. Now they are not answering my calls nor replying to my messages. Before ordering immediately they used to answer the call, now no reply even to the emails I sent. So guys please don't trust partsguru they are fake. You will regret dealing with them. They are cheater
