The sign of a good company is how they handle things when they don't go to plan.
I ordered the wrong bed. My own fault. 🙈.
I went into panic mode when it arrived and wouldn't go up the stairs.
My own fault.... Measure, measure, measure!
Delivery drivers were polite and professional.
Sarah and Emily immediately put my mind at rest and offered solutions.
I cannot praise them enough for helping and reassuring me when I was in full panic mode.

Great product! Especially the quality of the coniston material, the shape and quality of the bed, plus the delivery with an assembly was really smooth. I have already recommended the company to several friends. Great value for money given the quality of the bed, feels very luxurious.
