I would like to leave a detailed review for the delivery team Adam and Bob. The delivery men did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were professional, polite, hardworking, and clearly committed to making sure everything was completed properly.
Even though there were some unforeseen problems during the delivery, they stayed calm, handled the situation very well, and worked hard to find solutions without complaining. Their positive attitude and determination really stood out. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was delivered safely and carefully.
It is rare to see such a strong work ethic and excellent customer service. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth experience. I truly appreciate their effort and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service from Adam and Bob
Absolutely outstanding service from Adam and Bob (delivery team) from start to finish. They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and had no issues at all bringing the items upstairs, which I really appreciated. Not only that, but they also took the extra time to properly assemble and install the bed, making sure everything was set up perfectly before they left.
Both of them were polite, respectful, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you come across delivery people who go above and beyond like this, but they truly did. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.
Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. A solid 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free delivery and setup. Huge thanks again!

I'm very happy with my order
I'm very happy with my order. It was hard ordering a bed online when I couldn't see what the fabric looked or felt like but I'm very happy with it. It got delivered very quickly and the communication was very good from the delivery drivers. Amit and Gurman put the bed together within about 20 min and were very polite and professional. I will buy again in the future.
