I am a highly qualified professional working for a well-respected company in Germany, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by passexperten. When I first opted for their service, the support representative assured me that my documents were clear and that it would take a maximum of 3 to 6 months to complete the process and receive my passport. It has now been nearly a year, and there has been no progress. Each time I follow up, I receive the same response, stating they’ve sent a letter to the authorities and are waiting, which is something I could do myself. For the past 7 to 8 months, it has been the same story. I feel like I've paid for a service that has only added stress and health issues. I wouldn't recommend this service if you value your peace of mind. You would be fortunate to have a better experience with them. The communication is also terrible; they don’t even read my emails and just respond with generic customer service replies!

In Aug 2025 I only inquired Passexperten about getting a German passport; they promised it in 6 months. I was just going through their website to see what document they want. I never signed but they falsely signed. In Sept, they sent a €2,900 invoice despite doing nothing and never contacting me. Feels like a scam—avoid this company.

The communication has been very great so far. I really believe they are reliable.

They called immediately after I filled submission and for 15 minutes answered my questions and gave me advice. That was fantastic.

You were ready for helping people, even at their first attempt by gathering information. Although I needed first to know which conditions do I had to get filled, and you were fast enough on enlarging the scale of information and help.

Do not trust this company guys.They are not reachable. And they said they cannot file for my citizenship. But still sending me emails to pay for full amount that is 2900 euros. And I am tired of sending them email but no response.

I had a mixed experience with PassExperten. The communication was clear and fast, but unfortunately I didn’t complete the process, so I cannot give a full opinion. Still, the website looks professional and the customer support was responsive.

They never picked up the phone and they said that to me the process would be fast and you will get passport fast but never happened and now they are ignoring my calls last from two days.

If I could give less than one star I would. I used passExperten to expedite the naturalization process. Initially as soon as I filled in the form, they were incredibly responsive and guaranteed a passport in my hand within 6 months and told me without their services it will take up to 3 years. I did a bit or research, obviously not enough, and decided to go through with it.

Quite literally as soon as they received my money things started to go wrong. First the told me I don’t need the leben in Deutschland Test, which luckily I did not believe and scheduled a test anyway. Had I listened to then would have made my process even longer. They did not submit all my documents at once. They received feedback from the ausländsbehörde and took them 1 month to forward me the information. So then I had to scramble to get additional paperwork that they did not tell me was needed up front.

3 months goes by, my calls are ignored. They tell me to wait. 6 months go by, I tell them that I was promised results by now, and I want to know what’s going I on. They tell me again to be patient and that it could take up to a year. Quite different than the 6 months they promised before they received my money. At this point I demand that the sue (this Untätigkeitsklage that supposedly Fast Tracks your application). They tell me that first they have to warn the Behörde that we will sue and we have to wait 8 weeks. So of course I heard nothing. Now fast forward to 8 months, we’ve finally sued (after I’ve written and called. They do nothing proactively) and now they are telling me it could take an additional 7 months. Best case scenario 3. oh and they put incorrect address details on my paperwork to the court, so that’s fun.

So in short, their advertisement and promises are bold face lies. Quite frankly it’s predatory for people who are trying to get their lives sorted. I left a google review and they quickly had it deleted bc I called them a scam. Quite frankly, I have no better word for them. I’ve been had. Stay away from them.
