Super friendly staff
Super friendly staff, always there to help, the support was amazing. I found the course really helpful and I would definitely recommend it to others that are in the same situation I was. I found the exam pretty relaxed and I couldn’t really improve it in anyway. The support staff are great and responded quickly.

Really informative experience
I was in two minds about enrolling my homeschooled children, the website was informative but I felt it might not be the best fit for them because they have various special needs & most other online courses didn't allow enough flexibility. I spoke to Poppy who was amazing, so helpful & patient as I listed what was required & my hopes for a way to get a recognised qualification without the need to figure out how to take the exams at a different location which would be impossible for my children. The deciding factor was the choice to sit the exam online & to choose the date either in advance to provide a solid goal to work towards or leave it flexible & choose a time when they felt ready & confident. There is so much I could say about what is offered that suits children of all ages & needs but I would suggest looking at the website & calling to expand on anything that you want more info about. I can't find the words to express my relief at finally setting up a plan which includes a recognised qualification & a chance for my children to move into further education or jobs should they choose to. Thank you

Wonderful Experience
It is a wonderful experience for me to learn deeper and wider English in a couple of months. It is also very useful in real life including writing an appropriate email, responding to a request, proper tone and language in conversation. Level 2 functional skills in English was a smooth and pleasant experience
Booking Level 2 functional skills in English course was very easy. I did it over the phone with the help of a very responsive staff member.
Preparing for the exams was made as easy as possible - very well structured lessons and with the ability to constantly track my progress, which was very helpful. I had plenty of time to prepare and didn't feel rushed thanks to the option to choose a later exam date.
The exams went smoothly and without any problems with the help of very responsive and quick-reacting staff members.

throughout! Reading Writing and SLC for Level 2 English . They would send a preparation kit which will help refresh your memory and that really helped me as I have been out of school for the longest time . I passed on first try and I would recommend for anyone looking to take a test and doesn’t want to go through the long route .
