Great Online Material
I chose this online school to complete my Functional Skills English Level 2, and I’m really happy with my experience. The lessons and activities were easy to follow, and the platform made studying convenient. I had to reschedule my exam a few times — the first time was free as part of my package, which was really helpful. I didn’t pass on my first attempt, but I succeeded the second time!I also had to reschedule my SLC exam, which cost around £90, so it’s definitely worth planning carefully. Overall, the process was smooth, and the team was supportive throughout. It felt great to finally pass and receive my certificate, which I can now use to apply for my next educational goal. I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend this school to anyone working toward their Functional Skills qualification.

Pass Functional Skills provided great…
Pass Functional Skills provided great training program, with very good explanation and teaching techniques.
Passed fist time, however had an issue TQUK - awarding body providing test- Pass functional Skills team was outstanding and supportive, accommodating and helpful.
They are worth every penny!

Exceptions Customer Service
After several disappointing calls with training providers, I called Pass and spoke with Tom. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring our requirements were met with what we are hoping to achieve with our home schooled child. All was well explained and fairly priced with the sort of learning platform we were looking for. They are available 7 days a week, which is most helpful to us and we are Looking forward to booking future courses with Tom!

I had a great experience with Pass Functional Skills. I took my Functional Skills English Level 2 exam and passed on my first attempt.
The customer service was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. The preparation materials on their YouTube channel were especially useful and easy to understand, which really helped me feel confident before the exam.
I would definitely recommend Pass Functional Skills to anyone preparing for their Functional Skills exams.

Had an exceptional experience with Pass functioning skills. Easy process, course material and contact made it easy to navigate. Staff very informative and helpful. Luckily I passed first attempt.

Maths Functional Skills Level 2 - Amazing and so worth it! I started revising in October 2025 and couldn't even remember how to do long addition. I sat my exam in January 2026 and passed with 90%!

Excellent service and unbeatable price
The price at Pass Functional Skills is unbeatable and the service is outstanding. I had a bit of an IT issue when taking my written exam with TQUK, but the PFS team were super helpful and quickly rescheduled my test. After the second attempt, they even changed my test provider to Open Awards and transferred my scores from two different providers into one certificate — completely free of charge. Really great service, very pleased overall, and I’ve already booked my maths test with them too. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend this place! They use TQUK as an exam board and it’s a total nightmare. Did my functional skills level 2 English reading without a problem and moved on to writing exam, it threw me out of the website. It came back as void and I had to resit the exam after 24h. Second attempt exactly the same thing happens… time wasted, got me so stressed. Trying to call pass functional skills the phone isn’t being answered. AVOID!!!!
