Not for timely printing
It depends on what you’re using the service for. For photo editing, I provided a professionally taken photograph to be resized, which was done, although the resolution supplied was not particularly high. However, I would be hesitant to order physical copies if you actually need them. While they refer to “local” printing services, the photographs are posted from other countries, making delivery times difficult to predict.
They refunded the printing cost but not the editing, but in my case this was of limited help, as I ultimately had to pay a local photographer to resize and print the original. They kept saying go to one of the machinds to print it yourself, but not every country offers this, and in many isntances those might not meet the passport quality requirments. Their customer service is responsive, although I found them somewhat inflexible and not especially receptive to improving the customer experience when issues arise.
I’m leaving two stars as printing was my main requirement, and I never received the photographs. Personally, I would not use the service again, as they are cheap.
