The apartment is simply amazing! It’s very well located, which made my stay much easier. It truly feels like a luxury place everything is very comfortable, with wonderful beds that guarantee a perfect rest.The cleanliness was impeccable, the furniture is new and high quality, and all the household utensils are also new and well organized. You can really see the attention to detail.Without a doubt, an excellent experience. I highly recommend it!

Pass the keys were extremely responsive, good timely messages about arriving and checking in. Always responded within 30 mins or less. Very good service.

This management company was excellent during our stay in an Airbnb, they were super responsive (literally within minutes of writing to them they would respond) super helpful and kind. The Airbnb was impeccable they made sure everything was clean and had what we needed for our kids.

Pass the Keys managed the Airbnd we used recently in Leigh on Sea. They were very efficient at providing access information and cottage information prior to our visit.

The house we used was clean, tidy and well prepared for our visit and we were happy with how clean all the facilities were on our arrival.

We had one issue with the kitchen hob - which was quickly picked up and discussed when I raised it.

Brand new lodge with all modern facilities, 5 star accomodation, shower gel, washing up liquid, sheets and towels etc all included, near entertainment facilities, pass the keys very helpful and helpful and friendly owners. would definitely recommend and would go back again

The property was easy to find, had great parking, as well as everything we needed.
It was cosy, comfortable and maintained to a very high standard.

The location was perfect for walking into Bath. It was also lovely having Sydney Gardens on the doorstep.
Gina was brilliant at responding to messages, as well as checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

I spent four days with friends in a beautiful house in London. Our stay went completely smoothly; the host communicated with me proactively, and the house was ready and clean.
The house itself is comfortably furnished and is located in a great area with good connections to the city center, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Really proactive and responsive team. I had a wonderful stay in York and found Pass the Keys to be super easy to correspond with and really flexible with check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend their services.

We found them quick to respond and answered all my questions quickly. When I asked if there would be coffee provided they quickly provided some in the Airbnb and confirmed them had done so! Couldn’t fault them
