I really wanted to love this company, but your choice of courier is disastrous. You advertise upmarket pasta to entertain your friends and then trust your fresh deliveries to absolute clowns, Yodel. Suffice it to say I have 6 hungry dinner guests no delivery:-(

I ordered the new risotto from the Fulham location and they delivered an awful, watery, half empty pot of literally uncooked hard rice. Worst Deliveroo order I have received in 7 years of using it! Do not order!

Awful charged me and never delivered. Dispite emailing apologising and saying it would come a few days later. Nothing dispite numerous emails and telephone calls. Still not received food or refund

I have used Pasta Evangelist for a number of years now however my latest experience will stop me ordering from them again. My order was due 3 weeks ago and still has not been received. Impossible to speak to anyone and their emails are of no help, the latest update received was that after such a delay one of my meals was no longer available but my order was be delivered next day, 5 days later still nothing.
Pasta Evangelist constantly use the excuse of being a "small team", as the Director of a small family business this is no excuse and I would not dream of using this as justification of such terrible service, especially when Pasta Evangelist generate millions each year and have outlets in airports and Harrods.
Terrible service, they have taken my money and I now doubt whether I will ever receive my order.

When they first started, they were great, but things have been going very downhill recently. I've had to complain four times now, about receiving undersized portions via Deliveroo.
I've complained each time and been refunded, but the feedback is obviously being ignored.
This is unacceptable now, so I won't be bothering again.

Would give zero if I could. Used to be so good, but they appear to be crumbling. Last order arrived without the promised free bundle gift, one day late, warm because the cool packs had melted (had to throw the sauces away). Eight calls to customer service were cut off with recording that nobody would answer. No answer to an email query. I guess they’ve gone bust, or been taken over by monkeys.

Terrible customer service. Orders not delivered on more than one occasion and incorrect items sent. I had to chase for refunds and corrections and most recently had to have my credit card provider get my money back as Pasta Evangelists seemed to be ignoring all communications.

Pasta was good and the meat was just non existent silly portion sizes (pasta5)

I’ve used Pasta Evangelists quite a few times in the past and other than the orders never arriving on the day you choose, always had good responses from their customer service team regarding issues and replacements. This time however is a completely different story. Order, as usual, arrived late and missing one item and another split and leaking. Contacted them to report and have heard nothing. Continued to try and get in contact for coming up a fortnight now and never any replies. I have seen many others saying exactly the same. I’ll continue to contact them daily to try and get a replacement or my money back but I’d definitely avoid this company

No way to get help because they don't answer their phone nor reply to emails

Pasta Evangelists have the best customer service, immediately sending a replacement when the packaging got damaged in transit, the food is divine and can't wait to order again!

We ordered 5 dishes and only 4 turned up. Have have phoned 3 times and left messages but no one has called back. It’s a con. Do not use

I ordered a box of pasta from P.E that came with additional free meals as parr of a deal.
On the day then parcel was due to arrive , the courier never delivered it and it was sent back to Pasta Evangelists. There was no reason for this to happen as they didn't actually attempt to deliver it at all.
This was 5 days ago and I have emailed, called multiple times, left voice notes and requests for a call back and have been ignored every single time.
Pasta Evangelists have taken my money, taken back my delivery for no reason and aren't responding to rectify the situation at all.
I'm not sure how else to report them so doing it here.

So many delivery issues!!. First box showed up almost two days late. Food was warm in the box. Replacement box issued a week after hasn’t shown up at all. And still not heard anything back from customer services. Don’t plan to have pasta on the day they’ll say it’s coming, you’ll be calling a take away last minute.

Placed a delivery for Tuesday - payment came out of my account immediately and I was informed I would receive a dispatch email to let me know my order is on its way.

It is now Friday, 72 hours after my order was due. I have received zero communications and no order. I have tried calling several times, I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting them over social media and radio silence.

Absolutely not impressed and would not recommend.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order didnt arrive. Contacted via email - ignored. Contacted on app -ignored twice. Phoned, no answer - message left, no reply.

They've had 31pounds out of me on false pretences & by the looks of here & facebook, this is what they do.

The kit arrived a day late with no explanation, it was a birthday gift. When it arrived the ice packs had melted and burst. No response to numerous emails sent and they queue you on the phone and then cut you off. Just awful. This is the first and last time of ordering. Don't touch with a barge pole.

Delivery of cook at home kit arrived a day late, all cold packs melted and everything was warm. So it has to be thrown away. Tried ringing them three times. Got into a queue, then told after a while that nobody would be answering the call anyway, so leave a message. Tried emailing them - don't expect much. I was already emailing them about a bundle they promised to lure me back after a break, but it wasn't in the order. Complete disaster, and they aren't dealing with it very well.
