Used to love Pasta Evangelist but no more. Dreadful delivery and customer service. I have cancelled my subscription and wouldn't use again!
APPALLING-DONT BOTHER ORDERING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Contacted the company multiple times to change my delivery day had no answer to email/phone or call back. Finally received my order on an inconvenient day and there was one burst dry ice packet and my whole order felt room temperature and had not been kept cool. One dish I ordered was MISSING and the lobster and prawn dish I ordered actually expires tomorrow so not exactly a long date. I have used this company once before and it was amazing. But I can assure you all and PASTA EVANGELIST if you ever read this: - I WILL NEVER ORDER

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Only half of the order got delivered and it has been impossible to get through on the customer service number and they haven't replied over email either. It has been 5 days and we still haven't received the remaining food which we have bene charged for or heard back from Pasta Evangelists.
No delivery and no reply from Pasta Evangelists
I didn’t receive my order! Yodel failed to deliver the order which is appalling as they are the only courier not to find our property. I reached out to PE and despite two emails I have not yet had a reply! Not great!! PE.. please reply to customer emails as in my case payment has been taken and I’ve received nothing in return - no pasta, no reply from customer services and no refund!!
No deliver, no explanation or acknowledgment , no refund
Previous fans of the product but unfortunately let down by the service! Delivery delayed by 48 hours - not ideal but understand things happen when relying on third party delivery however, never received. Now over a week later later multiple calls, emails and requests for call backs all unanswered and no refund!!!! Have I been scammed?!
No response to order after 72 hours of missed delivery - feels like a scam?
Ordered a welcome back package with the free bonus meals incentive and nothing arrived and no customer service for over 72 hours.
Disappointing after good experience previously
Have had many good orders in the past although recently, recurrent issues with missing meals was getting irritating although always sorted with a refund quickly. However order last week was terrible . Delivery postponed by a day at short notice which was ok, but then on the delivery day didn’t show up until 9pm for a 4-6pm delivery window. All the food was at room temperature and the ice packs were not even remotely cold, so entire order ruined. One item missing again.No response from customer service so far.

I'd give this no stars if I could. Ordered some meals to cook at home as I have a newborn and wanted something easy. Have used pa before and they've been good. Order confirmed but have heard nothing since and nothing has been delivered. I've tried calling and emailing but have not had a response. Luckily I paid through PayPal so have got my money back. Absolutely appalling
Think twice before you order!
My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, but then it didn't arrive and an email was received saying there would be a delay and would be arriving on Friday. I waited until Friday and there was nothing. I have sent email to them and called them but they put me on hold for a while and then got cut off. Up to now I stil haven't got any reply from them and no parcel was received!

Scam company
Order was due to be delivered on Tuesday, got an email saying that there'd been a delay and it wouldn't be arriving until Friday. I immediately emailed back asking them to postpone until the following Monday as we were going away for the weekend, no response. Then got another email on Friday to say there'd been a further delay and pasta wouldn't be coming until Saturday. I emailed back and tried to call several times but just got put in a queue before getting cut off and told no one's available to answer... What a scam! Apparently pasta was delivered yesterday when we were 100 miles away so will be ruined by the time we get back.
Shockingly lacking in customer service response
My order was delivered on Wednesday missing the entire bonus pack and one of the sauce sachets of my actual order as well. I understand that delivery mistakes happen however the absolutely abysmal part is that I have contacted them every single day since Wednesday and it is now Sunday and all I’m hearing is “sorry we are receiving more correspondence than usual”. Considering my order is missing 7 items I feel like that should be a priority to be responded to. I had arranged my friend round for dinner on Wednesday for her birthday and only had a fraction of the food I’d promised how embarrassing!

I order a bolognese pasta and literally there wasn’t much meat on eat ,basically paid 16 pounds to eat past with tomato sauce. Shame.
No customer service and missing delivery
Ive used PE before and enjoyed, however this time our order went missing in post, wasn't delivered when stated and there is no one at customer service. Ive emailed, called, DM'd on Insta and no response after days. What's happened to them
Delayed my delivery date by 3 days at 6pm the day before it was due
Placed an order for 10 meals, plus sides, to be delivered on a Saturday for a dinner party. Received an email after 6pm on the Friday evening, the day before the dinner party, to say the order would not be arriving until the following Tuesday, meaning it would arrive 3 days after the dinner party. No explanation given or compensation offered. I had to rush out and buy replacement food for the dinner party, which was not cheap. The company cannot deliver orders on the dates they advertise and offer you to select on their website, which is an absolute basic requirement for any business. Their products are fine, if a little pricey, but the company cannot deliver their products on time and therefore I will not be using them again in the future.

Never again! Delivery three days late and missing half the food - they won’t return my calls or emails - this company is a scam

Really disappointed. My order was delayed by two days, then arrived after 10pm on the second delivery day and all the cooling packs were melted and the food was too warm to safely use. I emailed and called and got not response. No sign of a refund anytime soon. What a scam.

We received an offer through the door for a pack of meals when we spent over £30. It was a no brainer. I was ready to try their meals again.
However I am disappointed by the quality of the meals. The carbonara is very claggy. It’s dried up quickly after cooking making it unpleasant to digest. All the other sauces taste the same, whether they are beef or chicken.
Plus we have burst packet on delivery, I emailed them immediately as it had leaked over everything. I had no response. I tried to call and I seem to be stuck on being caller number 3 for ages, I was then cut off and I don’t have time to hang on the phone everyday. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again.
Nice sauce, terrible portion size
Nice sauce, okay pasta, ridiculously small portion size. 165g of fresh pasta for 2 people? It barely filled one bowl let alone 2. They're having a laugh. Avoid.
Delivery cancelled twice on the day, still not received
Ordered for delivery on Tuesday. Email received Tuesday lunchtime stating it wouldn’t be delivered until Friday. No proper explanation other than a vague statement about wanting to make sure the food I ordered was fresh. I wasn’t particularly happy as it meant I had to rethink dinner plans. Friday rolls round. 11.30am another impersonal email saying yes we know this is the second time this has happened but your delivery won’t be with you until Saturday now. I’m not holding my breath. The company can’t even be bothered to pretend they care enough to actually use my name in the email - it’s completely impersonal. I expect food I order to be fresh. I don’t expect the company I order from to imply they are somehow doing me a favour by delaying my order to ensure the food is fresh. Nobody orders fresh food without having some sort of plan to use it on the day they are expecting it. My order was for guests who have since left. Poor service and poor excuses - used to be a great company but have clearly overstretched themselves.
Useless customer service as soon as anything is wrong
Upon arrival a third of my order was missing. It's impossible to get in touch with them or get any response. The phone line just cuts out after a couple of minutes and there's no responses to emails or social media.
