Comprehensive program
Comprehensive program, however did not provide anything new that I did not already know. I felt that it was pitched too low.

First of all the whole process was very…Very easy to do
First of all the whole process was very easy to do.It was nice I could do this in my own time. The videos were easy to understand and follow. I liked the talk about the structure of a back and spine and what a protruding disc looked like and the effects this could have on you. I liked the deep breathing exercises, and the stretching exercises. I did not quite enjoy the 20 minute relaxation video. I was completing this course during my working hours so was using my work laptop which is linked to a monitor. I found it exceptionally difficult to relax in a seated position. However as a whole, i found this course helpful and beneficial and really enjoyed this programme. Well done and thank you

Interesting and quite helpful
I think these meditative techniques are very useful but they must be accompanied by in-person physiotherapy practice, which is irreplaceable in this type of problems.

I found this course brilliant and a way to look at dealing with my pain in new ways. It is designed in different steps to made it easier to take each section on board and work on it. I love the fact that it’s always available for me to log back in and remind myself of the key sections.

Easy to navigate through the modules
Easy to navigate through the modules. Interesting subjects. Very helpful techniques.
Some help but big items missed.
Some of the recommendations were quite understandable, but if you have Chronic pain already you would have tried them long ago. The one part that affects you and your family more is the fact that owing to pain you sometimes cant control your temper or mood, this is what should have been expressed more and answers found. As this single thing does affect your family life and can destroy a family.
Hope.
Was not sure about doing the course. But after doing the course I have felt better in mind how to cope with my pain how to relax and cut my mind off at night.
Absolutely brilliant!!
I was referred to Pathway through pain via my pain specialist and have just completed the course. I can't recommend it enough, it has changed my outlook on how I manage my fibromyalgia.

I found the whol thing easy to use and very informative. You don’t feel guilty if you can’t finish a task all at once and that it’s ok to take a rest and then retry. The relaxation section was brilliant
