Been with patons for a good few years now,good to deal with and offer a good taxi insurance price for myself, the app makes it easy to see all documents u need to send or receive at a click of a button 😀

This insurance company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with thay have no compassion for anyone in fact people should avoid these cow boys that run the company stay clear at every cost nothing but scum .what thay have to remember taxis drivers talk about insurance company’s this one will be definitely removed from the chat

I wish I could score these insensitive,unprofessional and heartless brokers zero. Because I missed their call as I was driving, they cancelled my policy. The policy has an outstanding accident which means my no claim bonus is down to zero.
Yet these horrible guys CANCELLED policy. SO MY INSURANCE IS GONE UP NOT JUST BECAUSE I HAVE HAD MY THESE HORRIBLE CREATURES CANCELLING IT BUT ALSO AN EXISTING ACCIDENT. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

My conclusion does not change anything. Guys stay away from them. Wondering why their rating is under 3 star? Need a I say they are that bad? Run away from them!!!

i am currently with them for my taxi insurance they are asking me £70 £80 for changing my address like wth money grows on trees? be aware i have lost my one year no claim bonus because of them already. i will never pay them admin charges like what do they need to do just type in

Superb, I had a difficult situation through no fault of my own. Mark from Liverpool branch was amazing. His honesty with me, his advice and finally helping me sort my insurance was exemplorary. Well done.

Disgraceful
Having been a customer for several years now I can’t believe this company’s customer service, they are unprofessional, rude and only interested in taking your money
How the staff speak to the customers is shocking
They take the full money for the taxi insurance £2100, then 5 weeks later they do the relevant checks on you which actually should be done BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, then they call you to say that the policy is now £2900 and I owe them a balance off £800 or the policy will be canceled by midnight that day
I actually was in a state off shock having paid all that money and now they wanted an extra £800 for there OWN MISTAKE
When I asked to cancel the policy the girl was not very helpful and quoted that my refund would be £1400 ( £600 LESS what I paid them 3 weeks ago) how can anyone justified that ?? and would receive it in 3weeks time as it was company policy,at this point I was in tears,
Do the bosses off this company know how the customers are getting treated ??
I’m £600 out off pocket within weeks, left with no insurance couldn’t go out to work to earn
The company left me in financial difficulties due to there own MISTAKES, I just wish I had money to take these horrible people to court

Had insurance over 8 months no claims wanted change car said too old got a new 20 plate said we don't insure damaged repaired vehicles fair enough I cancelled policy had cancellation charge 75 pound plus a discount charge of 50 quid cos apparently they discounted the policy and then also commission refund of 55 pound all to cancel 9 months within policy waste time all these charges aren't clear 75 pound I don't mind paying the rest are not clearly explained at beginning and a total

I have been given great advice every time my insurance is due and never pressured into anything . For me that is a good friendly service first class.

Quote for this year was over £1800.no accidents no claims.how can you justify this.an absolute disgrace.

Just received today a very grotesque letter informing me that my taxi insurance will be cancelled in seven days. They claim they wrote to me recently about outstanding documents, which they haven't. The only document outstanding was the previous no claims bonus letter which I had to wait on from 1st Answer, I did tell this and they said this was not a problem. I have now received this letter and uploaded it to my account portal, which is telling me my documents are complete. As certain processes etc are out of your control you, as a customer, do what you can and work along side your insurer. However what a disgusting, grotesque and threatening letter to receive, especially after taking a full years money up front. Shocking behaviour and completely unprofessional

Paton insurance are scamers ....Had insurance with these scamers and they added a FAKE CLAIM in my policy .Keep urself away from these fraudsters.

Well very good company as when all taxi rates going up still they find for me cheaper than other panels.gentleman showed great customer service.Recommended to all taxi drivers 5 stars🌟

Rude customer service, I called yesterday to get a quote, I asked the lady sorry could you repeat again she just hanged up straight away ... I looked at reviews other people what they say i thought just let give it go but every one here say something about this company i believe its true . thank god they just showed themselves at the beginning, never ever in the future too would consider to have a deal with them either .

Just cancelled my insurance with just over a month to go cause I sold my car the insurance company gave me a refund of £20.14 and Patons charged me £75.00 for a cancellation fee so I have to pay £54.14 wish I hadn’t told them could have saved myself some money what a rip off no wonder people mine about insurance companies won’t be getting any more business from me it about time the government or the body that deal with insurance companies took a look at insurance companies cause in my opinion there all just a bunch of rip off merchants nae happy 😤😤

Hi I got policy from Alex in reasonable price it's first time dealing this company until now every thing very good.I wish next year I will have one year no claim bonus and more better deal.thanks Alex 🤞👍⭐⭐⭐

Terrible avoid at all costs. Harassing for documents from day 1 even tho told them waiting on DVLA logbook. Then chasing more documents that had already been loaded on the app. And then worst part cancelled insurance on 1 vehicle and waiting for over £1,000 refund for 4 weeks and been told they haven’t got my money and it could take another week or two to get it back. They have 48 hours or I will issue county court summons for the money.

Just changed my Taxi insurance over to my new vehicle, the garage messed me about so then had to change it again, the lady i spoke to called Karen, was just the nicest person ever and was also the lady who i spoke to the second time and was still helpful and understanding. Many thanks Karen you are a credit to your company.

This is is the worst insurance company I I’ve taken a policy out with bloody useless all they are good at is taking money from you nothing else and they always right and your wrong
Never take out a policy with Patons again
