Fast delivery and good bike

I have 3 e-bikes this is an upgrade I have a cannonball hard tail that is an awsume bike I got it last year new all round great bike also have a dual suspension raymon that I got as an entry level into duel suspension it’s heavy26 k this one e is 16 k a lot lighter also the electric gearing works real good so far the bike looks assume it might take me a few rides before I can give my opinion had it out today it felt like the power was waving at time don’t know if was me getting used to the bike or the torque is not as powerful as I he Raymon which has loads of torque I’m heading over to Glencoe tomorrow to give it a good run will update me n how it runs over the next few week as I’m heading up to Ullapool & Lairg in the Scottish highlands that should give be me a better idea how good this bike is saying that I he bike specs r Amazon g colour is assume tire run & grip real good al in all looks like a steal.

A good selection of bikes many priced lower than competitors. The web site and ordering is easy and the bike arrived within two days, unfortunatly pedals had not been dispatched but a call to Pauls, where I spoke to a helpfull person in sales, soon resolved the issue and a new set were delivered in less than 48 hrs, I am very pleased with the bike and thier service and would recommend Pauls Cycles

No problems with the actual bike or service from Paul's cycles. But the delivery was awful the delivery driver left the bike in my back garden which could of easily been stolen. And also left My back gate open which led to my dog escaping out of My garden.

Made an online purchase which was easy to navigate and straight forward. Was expecfing my products to be shipped the next day but was shipped same day and got to me a day earlier than i thought. I have purchased several bikes from Paul's Cycles in the past. Bargain prices and an efficient online store. Recently chose a BMC mountain bike at a great price. Opted to collect the bike at their Dereham store and as usual they are very organised, friendly, helpful and informative.

Great delivery. It turned up days earlier than I thought it would. I was working when he arrived but fair play to the driver hauling it up 2 flights of stairs without damaging it. Bike was perfect no issues and everything seems to be working fine

Over all very good item as described. But think your despatch and delivery time let's you down. I've had faster.

I had a good experience with Pauls Cycles. I purchased this Raymon Trailray 170 ebike and I'm loving it! It took 7 days, but it was worth it. The customer service is excellent, I got answer to all my questions. Bike was nicely assembled, well packaged and safely delivered. Website is good , prices better but the delivery was bad ,bike was left outside back door

The bike is amazing, I love it!!!
But, you informed me it was going to arrive on either 22nd or 23rd June, it arrived 9th June, lucky I was in to receive it, so that's why I've only given you 4*.

Great experience, very straight forward and very happy with my new bike. Only minor gripe is the instructions for the sigma bike computer but I’m sure I’ll get used to it
