Great after sales customer service
Great after sales customer service. I purchased a faulty item and rang the customer service department and spoke to Daniel. Daniel was extremely helpful, looking into my concerns immediately, keeping me informed on progress and progressing my issue to a swift conclusion providing me with a full refund.
My experience is that Paul Smith products are of high quality but it’s good to know that in the unusual event of an issues, the customer service is excellent.
Strange sizes
Used to but a lot, but sizing is very strange in past year or two. On website a 6,3 model is wearing a medium?? Not many people are 6,3 with a 36 chest as they suggest!
When you buy a small or xs it is too tight. Must lose a lot of business, will try elswhere.
Super helpful employees!
I like the Cheshire Oaks shop, I was shopping for something for my dad for his birthday, I always leave it last minute as it’s right after Christmas. I wasn’t sure what to get but I know the employees in here are really helpful and Kim helped me out this time. She took her time and helped me pick something that an older gentleman would like which I couldn’t be sure of. My dad loved his jumper and for the quality, I got a really good price for it too.
Don't sell items you don't have
Bought a number of items in the sale, every one out of stock when they have come to dispatch.
Very poor customer service as well, refunding the money before even giving a reason..

Just popped into the Paul Smith shop in Cheshire Oaks and had a great shopping experience. I was helped by Jack again, he is a great guy with an eye for style. He advised my friend on a few item, he was so helpful. My friend bought a shirt and a hooded top. Great hour in store made, great service by Jack. Wish all stores had a lovely friendly sales assistant like Jack.

Red Merino Wool Stripe Scarf - the colors were nothing like the photo. Very disappointing considering it cost $150 at Bloomingdale’s.
Customer service responsive and helpful
I had issues with this company from FB order form glitches to website contact problems but the company has really jumped in to provide assistance so great job turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience with the company.

just a website review as shops are spot on , but was brought a gift card from a 3rd party retailer for paul smith , go on the site today pick some clothes no option to pay by gift card , enter my gift card to redeem for a paul smith gift card ( despite the fact i have a paul smith gift card already ) they sent a new gift card to my email , though 4 hours later still not got it ( yes i checked spam ) log in to paul smith account forgot password they send me a reset link not arrived after 4 hours as yet so i have no clothes no gift card and dont think i will ask for a paul smith gift in future will ask for hugo boss who let you check out with a digital card

Excellent experience with Jack
I went in to just have a look around and the sales person Jack was very helpful when I asked about the sizing. He then helped while I was in the fitting room and got me multiple “fresh” items from the back. I would also like to say his attitude and general demeanour was brilliant. He really did make our experience excellent, we will be back because of him. Thank you Jack

I contacted Paul Smith customer service regarding a damaged pair of shoes and was very happy with how the issue was handled. The team responded quickly, were clear in their communication, and provided a helpful solution.
The process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt supported throughout. While it’s never ideal to experience a fault, the efficient and professional customer service made a big difference.

I’ve shop with you for over 30 years. I think your prices have absolutely gone for the roof and is ridiculous. Don’t know how you feel about that but I’m sure a lot of other people do as well.

Excellent Quality Scarf But Monogramming Very Disappointing
I recently purchased a wool scarf on-line as a gift for a friend. The scarf itself is excellent quality as one would expect from Paul Smith and a scarf at the price.
As it was a gift I'd availed myself of the option for it to be monogrammed. The scarf is multi-narrow-stripe in very dark colours. Unfortunately the monogramming was also done in a very dark colour and is thus all but invisible to the eye, which is disappointing as it totally defeats the object. This is the reason I've given 4 stars rather than 5.
