Do not book with this company

Do not book with this company. We were given a hotel as part of the package which cost far more with Paultons breaks than booking separately.

The room had blood on the walls, dirty bathrooms and floors, and non-functioning air con.

I complained at the hotel and was told they couldn't do anything as I had booked via Paultons breaks.

I have attempted to contact Paultons breaks on two occasions with no response.

Awful experience

We had booked a deal through Paultons breaks for our daughters second birthday and picked a hotel they had advertised on there website , when we arrived at the hotel it was disgusting full of drunks ! Who may I add where actually living in the hotel. The room we got was not the family room we had booked it was just a double bed no bunk bed like we had paid for there was black mould on the windows the shower was just in the middle of the room. I called Paultons breaks they said k has to take it up with the hotel who said I had to deal with Paultons breaks. The hotel had no other rooms so we had to check out and all Paultons breaks could do was send me a complaints form. So at 6 o’clock on a Friday night we were sat in the hotel car park with a baby and no where to go. I have since got in contact with Paultons breaks who answer my emails and then don’t get back at all this has been going on since September. So we are now the money down for the trip plus and extra £480 we had to pay for a new hotel ! This is not a family orrinated company don’t not be fooled

Trust was abused

I bought a package directly via the website which included tickets and hotel for one night. The package claimed it includes a 2nd free access to the park. Went ahead to check what the hotel would cost if paid for it separately and it was roughly £120. The tickets would have been £80 for one day, so all in all, it would have been about £200 for one day stay and a room for a night.

I didnt think much of it, I trusted the process and booked a package that cost £370.

I realised later that even if I paid for 2 days access and purchased that exact same hotel room by myself, it still would have cost less than the package. About £90-£100 less.

Access to the park was quick, but the queues are bad. If it says 15-20 mins, add 10+ to it. Some of the staff are slow and could rush a little especially when they see to many little kids impatiently waiting for their turn.

Coffee was bad, toys are twice as expensive and generally everything is.

No customer service

We booked pre lockdown, was told our booking would be moved, they then decided to refund our money as a voucher and put all their prices up. Didn’t care when emailed that this is no way to treat a customer in a pandemic who’s bringing them money! Don’t waste your time
