Very impressed
I am incredibly impressed with the customer service at Pavers. I honestly think other retailers could learn a great deal from them because every aspect of my experience was exceptional.
I had an issue with my order, with items arriving at different times, and Debra Kelly was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful on the phone, taking the time to sort everything out and making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy.
Later, I visited the store to collect some shoes. Only two pairs had arrived, and I wanted to return the third pair before it was delivered. Debra arranged the refund straight away, with no fuss at all.
What aLeo impressed me was the service I received in store. It was an extremely hot day and I wasn't feeling well. The staff were so kind and considerate, finding me a seat by the door and doing everything they could to help. They were also wonderful with my daughter, who has sensory issues and can find shoe shopping difficult. The team patiently brought out different styles and sizes, running back and forth to help us find the right pair. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff genuinely couldn't have done more to help, and their kindness, patience and professionalism made a huge difference. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you to Debra and the whole team for such outstanding customer service. You are a credit to Pavers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
